Champloo Desserts

I've ordered from here twice using door dash. The first time the order was correct but I was surprised that the only packaging for delivery was a cardboard holder like fast food places use for drinks. The second order was wrong. Not even close. Totally wrong order. Packaging was just two cups of ice cream left on the small table on my porch. Not even the " drink holder" this time. What's a bummer is that it's delicious. Expensive but delicious. But it's so frustrating to open a delivery and it be totally wrong. So I won't order from them again. 😞
I will also add that the " wrong" ice cream I received was cookies and cream but with pecans ground very fine. Luckily I'm not allergic. Could be a huge tragedy. Kinda scary.

Despite running of ice, being absolutely slammed, having the worst pos I can think of aside from yelling out the orders and being seemingly under staffed, the women working last night kept their composure when what seemed like the King of all Karen's decided to announce his dislike for the color of his drink. The guy couldn't of tried to bait the cashier any harder and she stayed cool he on the other hand should be utterly embarrassed of his behavior as I know his girlfriend left head down and red faced.

I am highly unsatisfied. My drink had no mango jellies, the guy gave me strawberry Pearl's. And as I was trying to pay 2 girls walked up interrupting saying they had an online order and the guy decided to help them while helping me. He has no clue what hes doing and even said they were "out of icecream " probably because he couldnt even do that right. Usually the drinks are good from here but recently with the last 2 people I have dealt with have been terrible

I've been to this location several times and it always been a ghost town or really busy. Mostly show up wondering if the employees have abandoned the place. My gf and me thought we'd order online this time to see if that worked better. It did NOT. Online order said it would be 30 mins. We walked around the mall for 30mins. Came back and they seemed to struggle to find the order. Then they say "we haven't started on that order yet". Idk if this place just has a terrible employee screening process or if the employees always so happen to be secret super hero vigilantes balancing the fate of Roanoke while also trying to hold a job. Either way I'll just maybe go roll my own damn ice cream for fun.

Amazing selection of ice cream and drinks. Service used to be better but as of late the new hires are sluggish with orders and stand offish to anyone. Owner is an absolute angel and will go above and beyond anyone's needs and loves making friends out of customers.

If you're looking for a cute, cozy spot, and to satisfy your sweet tooth- Champloo is the place for you!! Cute panda aesthetic, friendly and prompt customer service. Ice cream and boba is great!!

Long time visitor. I'll have a less sweet, taro with pearls, over ice.

For real, I have had many drink options and loved the taro, Thai, and matcha. I have only a few ice cream choices but I have enjoyed all of my picks. The staff is friendly and tentative. The owner is very nice and is frequently seen at his business. I imagine this will become more crowded with carilion moving into the mall, check it out before!! Thanks y'all.

First time going by here. The smoothies were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Perfect way to cool off! Next time, we'll try the ice cream. I definitely recommend the Boba pearls in your drink too!

It was okay. The store seemed a bit dirty—not nasty or anything, but just a bit... unkept, I suppose. We walked in around an hour to closing time for tea with boba (or tapioca pearls, whatever you call them) and they unfortunately were out for the night, which is completely okay! The service was great; I was quickly informed that they had other substitutes, and he suggested the coffee jelly with the tea that I ordered (Thai). It was really good tea, but I unfortunately just didn’t personally love the coffee jelly.

Overall I would definitely try it out again, though.

Very hit or miss, it's good when it's good, the service is nice when the right people are there but then the misses just keep stacking up. Tonight we went and it just seemed like everything we said was ignored, and on top of that the employees were eating Chick-fil-a and making the drinks at the same time. As someone who would die if I ate Chick-fil-a it's annoying when I order a drink and cant even drink it because I touch the cup and start swelling. Again when it's good it's good but when it's bad it's bad all around.
