Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is amazing as well as the menu items. My personal favorite right now is the LMT, but plan to try all items. Simon is the absolute best too! Above and beyond customer service.

Cute food art concept is the draw for this place. The quality of the ice cream however isn't 5 star worthy, and the staff isn't very friendly. My spouse had the cappuccino icecream and I had the chocoberry. The chocolate with strawberry nibs was good flavor, but the cappuccino was lack luster with very little coffee flavor. The ice cream texture is like it has a stabilizer in it to maintain shape. When the ice cream melts, it's not like dairy drip melting, its more like a fudge-cycle melting with those gooey strands. Not worth a repeat visit.

Yummy stuff!! We have this delivered Uber eats frequently. IF there's a mistake with our order, they re-make it and have a driver bring it right back ASAP with no further charge to me. OR they will re-make it and return my money AND send another. IF when/on the occasional mishap they are VERY customer service oriented. And did I say DELICIOUS as well as great pricing for quality foods.

Had high hopes for this place but unfortunately it was so filthy we definitely won’t be going back. We got there 5 minutes after opening and this was what it looked like in the area behind the counter where the food is made.

I am really frustrated. I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant so I tried calling (no answer) so we figured they were busy, turns out they closed 30 min early at least because we got there at 8:30. Only found out when my spouse went to go get me a drink and he called to let me know the door was locked and the staff was laying on the couch just inside. If they close earlier than 9 it needs to be updated on the site.

It's great ice cream is awesome they sell a bunch of different other desserts and they make it right in front of you and people are just so nice and they have so many varieties of flavor's

stopped by this place for boba during a road trip & glad I did! Simon was so friendly & helpful when I had questions! also, the drinks tasted great! :) we got the trust me & taroffic (with honey boba instead of crystal boba)!

I am a blind cyber security expert, and I came here with my mother. She had the strawberry purée, and I had the mint tea here. It was mid.

I really enjoy their taro milkshake with boba and the taro rolled ice cream. Best in the area. Unfortunately, employee professionalism and attentiveness to customers leaves much to be desired. Employees priority seems to be socializing with friends rather than focus on the task at hand.
