Great food and I love all the local products you can buy there.

Stopped in here randomly. Never heard of it. And I'm so glad I did. It was so good. I got a wrap and iced coffee and both were delicious. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is great. I highly recommend this place.

I love Perk Bon Air! They have so many options for various dietary needs - especially their bagel sandwich which you can have GF, dairy free, vegan etc. I love that they use local ingredients and sources.
What really made me a loyal customer for life is how they helped me with a breakfast order for a morning meeting. I called last minute and they were able to put together a pastry tray for me- with labeled vegan options. Such a small special touch. The employees/ owner is friendly and warm. Thank you Perk!

Wished it was bigger but if you find a seat enjoy it.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. The ONE piece of sausage (1.5 inches in diameter) did not even fit one half of the sesame bagel. Was to have avocado slices on it and I got smeared avocado on one side of the bagel, instead. Worst: I ordered and paid for tomatoes and there were NONE on my sandwich. And, one more, you have the chance to add a tip when you pay by credit card. You are offered three different amounts. I ALWAYS choose the highest amount. I have NEVER gotten a thank you from this store. From anyone. EVER. Even in person. This is the second time I picked something up to take home and the food was missing something I ordered. I think I will skip Perk from now on.

Perk is a gem in the Bon Air area! Great staff, food and area for kids.

Perk has a very positive vibe everytime I stop in for coffee and a bagel. The staff are some of the kindest people. The food is good with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. The coffee is good as well. Just a wonderful place to have a coffee!

i used to really really love this place at the beginning of the pandemic. in a lot of ways i still do. price aside, the baked goods and drinks are DELICIOUS. even though the building is small, there is a ton of beautiful art work, and items for sale. however, it feels SO unwelcoming in there. i went in today and there were four women behind the counter. no “hi one second!” not even a glance in my direction. i was beginning to think that maybe i was supposed to order only online because literally no one was acknowledging me. as a barista, i understand how stressful the job can be. but to not even acknowledge the person in front of you can make them feel unwelcome. i didn’t feel so good about spending 7 dollars on a drink after i was treated with disrespect

This marks the 5th time I come up for a breakfast sandwich. The crew working today was knowledgeable, and very respectful. I have worked in restaurants for about 15 years, and to see the ticket times for 2 sandwiches being over 12 minutes isn't good. The 1 lady on sandwiches wasn't busy, but had orders, with other staff standing around not doing much of anything. Please work on time hanging around P.O.S., both customer and staff.
