Went second time and ordered $50 worth of good to eat inside …. They made everything togo and it was really bad experience . First experience was really good but second experience was not good. Food was good both time. Will never go back in again though.

I had brunch here the other day. There was a cozy atmosphere and the custom breakfast sandwich and iced latte that I ordered were scrumptious. The inside of the restaurant had a very unique interior design as well. They open early for breakfast and also had a lunch menu though they close before dinner. In addition, there are a few tables outside to enjoy your meal when the weather is right. I would recommend this place for a traditional American breakfast.

Stopped in today after having this place saved for a while and got to speak with the owner/chef David, who was a great guy with fantastic food! My wife is from the New Orleans area, so we're familiar with the food.
The beignets I had here were what I expected Cafe Du Monde's to be. These were delicious. She got the muffalata and loved it. I love roast beef, got the Arm Drip sandwich and it was soooo good. Their bread is also delicious.
We also got iced coffees, which were good. My friend made his own breakfast biscuit sandwich that he said was really good and he can be quite picky.
My wife got a hurricane, which was dangerous. We also tried praline cookies and their take on an Oreo (the Dat O) and they were really good.
When the wife's family comes into town we'll be taking them here and stopping in more frequently for sure.
Laissez Les bon temps rouler!

A taste of New Orleans in Arlington! Delicious, fresh biscuits and homemade pimento cheese, great coffee... but the beignets are a MUST!!! Chef David runs a great spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. Friendly, efficient staff. Steps away from the Metro.

Was able to sneak in for a quick lunch. Ordered the Mr T and a beer. (also can't NOT get beignets). Order came out quick and was absolutely delicious! Wish i lived closer!

We really enjoyed this place. We had the deviled eggs, pimento grilled cheese, and mufaletto sandwich. All were very good. Nice location and decor. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am from south LA and I can tell you the food here is 100% Louisiana. My husband says the beignets are better than Cafe du Monde. The Muffalata was better than the ones I could get back home. Roast beef was delicious. Pralines are worth every bite. HIGHLY recommend. Will come back.

Shrimp burger is great! Pack of flavors and it has a perfect touch of kick on each bite! But the potatoes has absolutely no taste at all, no salt nothing, I will need to do something with it later! This was a take out by the way!

The food online looked very promising so I figured I would give it a try. We ordered the avocado benedict, buttermilk biscuit bacon & egg sandwich and of course we had to try the beignets. They did replicate the pictures but unfortunately, they didn't deliver the flavor. It was bland and left a bad taste in my mouth (literally). I'm sorry to say, but the beignets are better at Popeyes. I had to try and use honey to give it something extra, but it didn't help. They will give you three of them, we each had one, and gave the trash the last one. Some may like the bland taste, but I need some flavor. But the place looks cozy especially with the couch in the back like "Friends" the tv show.

Been going there for as long as they have been open, over 10 years. Over the years biscuits are slightly less crumbly, which is a good thing in my opinion, coffee has been the same, pairs nicely with anything in the bakery, which has grown in variety. I look forward to going there around 8am for egg biscuit with cheese, coffee and banyeas. This is the best “reset” anyone can ever hope for. I love this place and the owner David who has done the impossible which is to keep the consistency and quality absolutely the same since 2010. I take all my guests to Bayou first and then to Smithsonian
