This place is amazing. I’m traveling from out of state and I wish we had Luke’s Cafe back home. Everything was delicious. The chicken was off the chain 😋 Service was great and the atmosphere is chill with lots of awesome art pieces and nostalgic decor. Music was great too! Southerner approved sweet tea!👌🏼

I have never had a bad experience here. The food & dessert delicious always. And I've always felt comfortable with the atmosphere and staff, never have I felt it's overpriced either.

The service was fast and friendly and the food was superb. I am absolutely in love with the Raspberry iced tea and would go back just for that. So yummy

I paid “market price” for 5 shrimp and a paper thin steak that was about a third fat. Only two sides were offered, a twice baked potato and asparagus, and they were out of asparagus. (This was about 5 p.m. on a Saturday night in the Spring.). No other sides were offered, not even a side salad. The twice baked potato was good. French fries were good. They know how to cook a potato! 👍🏻. I was excited to go from the reviews. Other photos looked great. I was disappointed.

Good place to eat. The Ruben Burger was flavorful and filling, home-made chips were hot and crispy. The Santana Burger was also a good choice with the jalapeño topping and cheese, spicy hot, but not too much.

Our waitress was very friendly, however, being short staffed she didn't return to our table to check if we wanted drink refills unfortunately.

Luke's was recommended to me by a business partner in the area. I was heading out of town with a 5 hour drive ahead of me and wanted a good meal from a local place. Luke's was better than I could have imagined. The ladies working, Beth and Leslie, were so friendly and nice, even if the food was terrible I would go back for them. We ordered 2 burgers, they let me customize mine with a fried egg, and it was easily one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. If I'm ever back in the area Luke's will definitely be my first stop!!!

At first it seems a little funky walking in. Listening to the music though is soothing. Good newer alternative is playing. Lots of things on the wall are eye catching while you wait for your order. I went with the crab cake sandwich and it was so flavorful. I had a bite of the fish tacos and those were extremely good as well. Fried fish with the fried tortilla was nice. Will be making future stops.

We made reservations for a party of 9. Our table was ready when we arrive. Unfortunately our party became a party of 4 due to a emergency and sickness. Our waitress was very understanding and we offered to move to a smaller table. Atmosphere is interesting with memorabilia and art.
Our food came promptly. However my husband and I ordered a shrimp appetizer that never arrived before our meal. Not sure what happened. But decided not to make a fuss about it. Our original server disappeared during service but our second server took care of us.

I had the crab cake sandwich and chip plate. Husband had the Kentucky brown. He thoroughly enjoyed his meal. My crab cake was ok. But I am a Maryland transplant and we have a a good understanding of a Maryland blue crab cake. Lump crab meat, Lemon, mayo, oldbay seasoning, some light breading, parsley, egg, yellow mustard salt, pepper. Our crab cakes are moist and firm inside and crisp on the outside. Sweet crab flavor with a nice spice of old bay. Luke's crab cake evidently was not made with Maryland blue crab cake standards. It was definitely large. The outside was a nice crisp golden brown breading. The inside was very soft to mushy. The flavor was very bland. It was not the worst crab cake I've ever had. I'd rate it about a 5 out of a 1 to 10 scale. The chips were not my favorite. Some were soggy others crisp, all the chips were cool touch.

The other two people with us ordered the American burger with fries and fish taco plate. The plates looked good and
they seemed very pleased with their meals.

Will we be back? Sure will give them another try but will not order the crab cake again sadly..

Wonderful food, wonderful service. If you’re driving through or even if you’re local this place is definition southern hospitality. The staff is friendly and treats you like they know you, and the food is all fresh and homemade. The fish tacos are a MUST TRY, and the truffle fries are incredible.

Went last year on St Patrick's Day. Food is wonderful, staff is friendly and it's got a unique flare, inside. If you're coming from the creeper trail or any event or driving by, stop here and take the chance, it's worth it.
