Great place to eat. The service is friendly and the food and coffee are great! Outdoor seating made it great to sit outside on a beautiful Fall day in Vermont!

Fantastic breakfast sandwich, their homemade English muffins are the best I’ve ever had. The breakfast burrito is massive, they must put 8 eggs in it! The art is great too, great place to grab breakfast and a gift for someone!

Don’t tell anyone! By far (!!) the best breakfast burritos in VT! And the cappuccinos - ridiculous!

Delicious breakfast and lunch options, friendly staff, and prompt orders. We've never gotten something we didn't love, including their cinnamon buns, biscuits and sausage gravy, and cinnamon bun French toast, coffee cake, chai, and hot chocolate. One of the best breakfast places around!

Cute cafe with decor reflecting nice liberal values. Unfortunately the food took a long time to come out and wasn't particularly tasty and the coffee was exceptionally bitter.

There's no dining in the cafe at the moment but there are a few tables on the deck and in the parking lot where you can eat.

Lovely little coffee shop. Great mugs to drink from and one free refill with hot coffee.

What an amazing experience. The donuts and scones were sweet and grand. The coffee was phenomenal - rivalling the highest caliber from Brooklyn. The service was compassionate and generous - offering water for our dog. So good we went back twice!

Has good coffee and the pastries look good but not really dog friendly. They have a nice shady porch but you can only get to it from inside and they won't allow dogs to walk through to get to it. There is one outside picnic table but it is in the sun most of the time and we had to dry it off to sit at it.

The employees were very friendly and were able to tell me where they sourced their pork from. I ordered the pork belly sandwich and it was very good. Duke Ellington was trickling through the speakers. Greens came on the side with a magical dressing that took me away to a breezy seaside lemon grove. 5 stars.

This is my favorite place in Waterbury. The food is always amazing and fairly priced, and the women who work there are friendly and welcoming every single day. I love eating my meal surrounded by art while peering into the bookstore connected to the cafe, people of all kinds around me (business people conducting meetings, lively children, people with disabilities, students) while a record plays. I'll always come back to Stowe Street Cafe. (I definitely recommend the grilled cheese and coconut daal soup on any day!)
