Onyx Tonics Specialty Coffee

This is my GO-TO place for a coffee meeting. I have had great meetings here due to the relaxed atmosphere, the WiFi, the fact that there is a place to plug in AND THE COFFEE. Jason is an artist and his coffee recommendations never disappoint. This isn't a coffee shop; it a coffee experience. If you need to meet someone in downtown Burlington over a cup of coffee, this is the place to do it.

This is literally the only shop I know of that is single dosing the beans...which is really cool because they can switch between any number of beans... as other reviewer noted, this is a coffee shop for baristas (yes, I’m a home barista too). These guys are true coffee geeks, weighing in beans and weighing liquid out. Amazing coffee, three espressos to choose from, all amazing. And they have outly milk. This is my favorite coffee shop ever, and I am pretty spoiled in NYC with a number of great third wave coffee shops.

Absolutely the best coffee around! I've never had coffee as good as they made me today. Nice location tucked next to VT pub and brewery. Do yourself a favor and try Onyx Tonics now!

One hella of a good coffee place. You’re in for a treat with a creative barista who’s in it for the love of coffee. Didn’t expect less from a Vermont coffee shop.

I asked the barista for a flavourful cup of coffee and he patiently explained what he had to offer. We both got two different products and both were great and memorable. Amazing dedication to the craft
