Wow. This is specialty coffee at its finest. If you enjoy fine coffee like sommelier enjoys fine wine, you have to check this place out. Almost every coffee on the menu is a natural process. The one we had was the most delicate coffee I’ve ever had. Yes, it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. Oh, and the space is super cozy.

Great spot! Their coffee making is truly an art.

Best place around for the genuine coffee aficionado!

Great coffee! Pity that pastries are only on Saturdays.

Lovely staff and ambiance. Horrible espresso. Worse than anything I’ve had in Europe and even Starbucks. Not sure what the goal is here but I couldn’t drink it.

It was good. Something different.

Best coffee in Burlington. These people know their stuff!!! They have rotating beans with helpful tasting notes. On weekends if you’re lucky (read: early enough) you can snag a pastry from a local baker or two.

Non-pretentious, friendly place with fantastic coffee, the love for the craft and expertise is apparent.

My favorite place to work. Amazing coffee, great atmosphere, and very friendly staff.

"It was a cold and rainy day ..." when we meandered into Onyx Tonics. I ordered a Kagumo black coffee. The barista redirected me away from adding cream. He said doing so would dilute the subtle flavors of the coffee.
The coffee was delightful. The Cafe has a clean European look to it. I highly recommend making time to stop in here, especially on a "cold and rainy day."
