Minifactory

They have only been open 1 day, so it’s hard to say what it will be like on a regular basis. The open house was fun, I loooove that they have local veggies, eggs, and ferments etc for sale. The pear/tea cake/yogurt/marmalade dish was delicious! The prices on most things seemed much too high, but as it’s day 1 maybe things will level out. Fortunately they still ask people to wear masks.

Best breakfast sandwich in existence! Everything we tried including the sweet yogurt, biscuit sandwich, biscuit and jam and veg for president were incredible! I will be coming back every time I’m back in Vermont

We wandered in for the dinner pop up and were so happy we did! Our drinks were delicious and the food was creative, seasonal, and so yummy. What a great spot!

All due respect to the previous establishment, but this is a major upgrade. Not only is the food delicious - and worth every penny - but the environment is just as sublime. I can't imagine swinging through Bristol and not wanting to sit for a while and just take it all in at Minifactory.

Cute place with lots of healthy options. Salad was yum!!!

This place is a serious gem and I have absolutely loved everything I have had the pleasure of eating. V is a wizard with flavor, and keeps us coming back for more.

The mindfulness and efficiency of service is unreliable, but the products are so high-quality that I keep coming back.

A great addition to Bristol and have some gluten free selections.

Seriously, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The salads are crafted by a god... a god of flavor.

Relaxing restaurant, great place for coffee and something sweet expensive tho. It's. A nice treat.
