Such a cute coffee shop / eatery / small groceries spot. The iced vanilla oatmilk latte was one of the best I've had. I was very tempted to try many of their baked goods as well as sample the local jams / vinegars / greens / bottled drinks and much more. They also have a menu for sit down foods that I did not try this time. Lots to try here with ample seating and free 2 hr parking right in front of the cafe. Staff was welcoming and kind! Highly recommend checking it out.
Beautiful and delicious, an an awesome espresso. The biscuit was perfect and everything on the tables near us looked great, wish we lived nearby and could come every day to taste everything
Feels like Brooklyn has come to Bristol. They are providing a product that I don't think anyone in Bristol asked for. I just want a regular breakfast sandwich. Without jam. I also want to know what I am ordering without having to ask what thibgs are. Using fancy names for things doesn't impress me. It makes me want to go somewhere else. The biscuits are fantastic on their own, but way too rich for a breakfast sandwich.
The prices are not put of line for what they are delivering (high price, high quality), it just isnt what I want.
What a spot. Incredible baked creations and bfast sandwiches, and the best coffee in town, no contest.
My mom lives in Bristol and though I could see folks saying Minifactory is pricier than Bristol bakery, it's a real destination and will bring people (like me on a bike ride today) to town, which is great. Bristol's lucky to have a place like this - def check it out and give them some love.
A breakfast sandwich so good and so decadent that I am not even sure if it can be called a sandwich. Rivals Cafe Hot as best "egg between some form of bread" thing in the Champlain valley. Plus a beautiful modern aesthetic inside. Bravo Minifactory!
We were so thrilled to visit Minifactory for the soft opening. They were understandably quite busy but the service was excellent and the food was delicious!!! The space is so cheerful and bright and we loved seeing folks from all generations there. There's plenty of space to sit with friends and enjoy your time together. Looking forward to visiting again very soon!

Delicious scone and golden latte. They have ceramic cups if you eat there; make sure to request that since they otherwise default to paper cups.

Really enjoyed a light lunch there. Fantastic baked goods and the Croissandwich was heavenly. That spread and the ham…yum!
