Just visited Bellows Falls. Beautiful aesthetic, cozy and bright. Amazing art on the walls. The pastries were delicious, we got the savory squash and caramelized onion pastry, a lemon raspberry loaf and a raspberry bar… all equally delicious really made with love. Chai tea and coffee was also good. Friendly and welcoming owners/staff. Can’t wait to come back, this will be a favorite spot to frequent when I move here.
I have not tried their food yet, but have been coming here for several weeks now with a group of young mothers to grab coffee after our exercise class. Their coffee is really good and their pastries/food always look good. I do like that they usually have at least a few gluten free options. The first time we went they had live music which was a really nice surprise on a Tuesday afternoon!
Traveled from a wonderful glamping adventure in Springfield, VT for this tiny coffee shop. It was well worth the 10 mile trip. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was perfect and the coffee was delightful. The almond tea cake and the shiitake and leek quiche were show stoppers. I had hoped to stop in on our way out but sadly they are closed Mondays. Absolutely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
There's only one Flat Iron. Just a super cool place to hang out. I happened to hit donut day. Really delicious stuffed Italian Cannoli donut with coffee. Yum! Great Jazz on Sundays.
The Flat Iron is my favorite mother daughter date spot. Everything about it is perfect. I had the Cardamom Black Pepper A savory latte with subtle hints of warm spices, and my daughter had Rosemary Vanilla Latte Our signature latte with our house made rosemary vanilla syrup. They were both divine!
Phenomenal coffee in a cool shop! The locally sourced 1a beans are perfectly roasted, and the flat white was expertly made. The flat white reminded me of time spent in NZ and Aus!
Calm, cozy, quaint space to grab a drink or treat and watch traffic go by in the square. Love that they promote local art for sale and other local made goods. You can tell the owners worked hard to create a space for others to gather & enjoy.
This is such a friendly, safe and welcoming space. The staff are incredible. The coffee is terrific. I'd recommend admiring the artwork, joining for Jazz or other events, and indulging in some of the food available.
Absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I often work from this cafe, the atmosphere is calm but inspiring. Delicious baked goods (I love the Lindzer torte) and great soup made by local women. Drinks are also great too! I love their tea lattes.

This is such a relaxing place to spend a couple of hours. Great place to work, study, hang out with friends, or knit from the scrap basket of yarn.
