Great service and great food

Sooo, our server Ariel said I could only post good stuff, which is super simple cause, it’s great.
Besides Ariel being a superb server who is genuinely caring and eloquently personable the food was fresh, fun and whatever else rhymes with “tastes super groovy.”
So come eat here and don’t forget to visit Capitol Reef National Park, both will be the best part of your day.

Had the grown up Mac and cheese, Cobb salad and nachos. Everything was delicious. I really enjoyed the house vinaigrette. Portion sizes run large which is good because it’s a little pricey. Had the Esplin drink, also delicious. What made this experience great was our server, darn if I can’t remember his name. Jacob or devin or tyler... Kevin? Dylan? He was extremely nice and service was quick. Thank you!!

Stopped here for dinner after coming from Bryce to Capitol Reef, so glad to finally see a menu with great options. Food and service was great! Both my husband and I enjoyed our meals. If you’re looking for some healthier fresher options, this is the place!

Great service from Ariel! Stopped in after hiking in Capital Reef all day. The food was great and the service was also quick and friendly. Highly recommend this spot to anyone in the Torrey area. Mac and cheese was great!!

Went here because of the reviews. We were seated, but never waited on. No server, no water. The staff seemed busy doing other things, even though the place wasnt busy at all. So we left.

They offer a 25% discount on food if you leave a good review, so take the high ratings for what its worth.

Despite what Google says dining service is open currently as of 9/10/2020 and the service is amazing. Personally had the lemon butter fillet fish complimented with a MOAB brewing Amber and it was to die for. For those not drinking adult beverages the stubborn soda root beer is phenomenally crafted

They ask for reviews for 25% off their meal. Probably why there are so many high reviews. After a horrible experience with dinner else where, it was just our luck to think we should be fine ordering desert from the place at our hotel. She had to check if their was still any cobbler left. Came back and put a cake on the receipt. She said the order entry showed cobbler at 0 so she had to put the cake in and put a note. She said they were the same price. But the cake was $10, and the cobbler was $8. So she charged me two dollars more. We didn't care. But then here we are 30 minutes later waiting on cobbler they had to check if it was still there. Uhm... What the heck took so freaking long? Sheesh.

Eating here was awesome. We had the margarita chicken and fish tacos. They were delicious! And the service was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. They were fun and great to talk with.

We stayed at The Red Sands Hotel for my birthday weekend in April and had breakfast here during our stay. The food was great and came quick. The server was really friendly and went out of her way to find out what ingredients were in the syrup for my husband's French toast he ordered, I know he's a weirdo but she was really friendly about it and checked for him. He also ordered there natural soda, the soda was really good and came with a paper straw, really earth friendly. It was nice going to an in hotel restraunt. The rock work and art in the restraunt is beautiful and the wisky Barrell booths were really cool. We defiantly will be back.
