What a polite server! The sever asked us so politely and so frequently to comfort us! What she asked is so warm and nice to remind us that we are taking too much energy and we'd better keep from ordering food and taking free oranges and oatmeals! Oh I see, she is worrying about our health and her stock of restaurant! Want a server!

After a long day of hiking, this restaurant was GREAT to end up at. We were staying at the Red Sands hotel and were planning to drive out of town for dinner, but walked by the restaurant and saw the menu and decided to stay. I was able to have a delicious gluten-free dinner, my husband had a tasty wrap, and we both had tasty, fresh margaritas. So good we came back for chips and queso and cocktails after the spa. We got an awesome magic show from Joe, awesome conversation with Dakota, and great drinks to end our last night of vacation. Love it here!!

Came to red sands hotel and after a few hours of driving we stopped at the restaurant there. Amazing service and the food was fresh and good. Joe will show you all his magic tricks. Totally recommend this part of the service. Enjoyed our dinner!

We had a great experience at The Rock Garden. If you are driving by, it is attached to the Red Sands Hotel. It is very cozy and well designed. They have full bar and several tables to dine at. Currently we are in the middle of Covid-19 and The Rock Garden did a great job of helping groups social distance. The views from restaurant are are very scenic which makes sense given the proximity to Coral Reef National Park.
We dined in for dinner and had the Pasta Primavera and the Chicken Margherita. They were delicious and very filling. We also had a side of the sweet potatoes (be sure to order these!). The menu had a great variety of options for meat lovers and veggie lovers alike.

Our waiter was warm and friendly, providing prompt service. Cozy, tastefully decorated ambience. Delicious food. Very reasonable prices, with 10% off for Red Sands Hotel guests.

Waited 80 minutes for 3 items to go, then the server lost my order and had a meltdown in front of everybody. They made my food ‘fresh’ which somehow still ended up cold. They forgot to include the sides. Absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten in Utah. I cannot recommend anybody to go there.

Joe and Dakota were great, and quick with our orders. Dakota gave us great recommendations for hikes to check out woke we were visiting Capitol Reef and Joe provided great entertainment with his magic tricks during our visit.

The bourbon/ginger I ordered was great, but somehow Joe’s magic tricks were better. Also greatly appreciate bartender Dakota’s hiking recommendations for Capitol Reef NP. I’d recommend the bar/restaurant to anyone stopping through Torrey, and hope to be back soon!

The place is very clean and has a cool mountain modern vibe with skilled masonry behind the bar. We ordered the Nacho plate and the chicken bacon ranch wrap! The nacho plate used high-quality ingredients: fresh jalapeños, cabbage, and delicious pickled onions). The queso had a perfect melty quality to it. The bacon ranch wrap was superb as well.
The BEST part of our experience was the bartender who performed the coolest magic tricks (cards and other tricks). It was the tastiest and most fun restaurant experience during our 10 day trip through Utah.
Highly recommend eating here AND sitting at the bar!

The food was very good, plus it was one of the only restaurants open in the off season. Our waiter was very friendly and speedy. He also knows plenty of magic tricks.
