I've always loved the food, it really is a good place to eat. Two stars because the owner actually rolled her eyes at me.
Long story as short as possible, I put in an order via Grubhub for some breakfast for me and my work crew. It had been over the time frame, and I noticed the order was refunded, with no real reason. We tried calling the location multiple times, to no avail, to simply ask if we could stop by and pick up the food, pay in person and go about our morning.
I finally arrive, step inside and wait in line. At this point in time, all I see is the usual hustle and bustle of a restaurant, someone paying and one person ahead of me. They pay, the next in line approaches the register and for around 4min, there is an argument about a coffee, an online ordering system, and cold food. No one is being rude to any extent, but the din had gone on long enough, and the cashier simply looks at me, disregards the man ahead of me, speaks over him and asks what she can do for me.
I approach slowly, and am hesitant to ask about MY online order. I ask....., the man looks up at me, and the cashier loses all expression on her face, tries to hide an eye roll and immediately explains to me how there is no online ordering system and its not her fault if my order was canceled.
The man asks my name, obviously matching the order I put in, and explains the real situation. I'm over it at this point. I explain that if the food is avaliable, I'll pay for whatever the costs are, the coffee in question and whatever dilemma this may have caused.
The cashier apologizes with an unsympathetic tone that the food could be cold, and I walk out, followed by the man.
He apologized for the wait time and introduced himself as my driver. Explained the entirety of the situation he'd been dealing with for literal hours, and how the cashier was the owner. I was impressed with his devotion to the cause, the time he spent and his willingness to continue his job despite everything.
In his line of work, apparently Bishops is one of the worst places to deliver from, solely because of the way the owner treats every driver, and either doesn't understand or believe in online orders at all.
Short and sweet, I felt berated by the owner.

Went here to eat a late breakfast with friends and ordered an egg sandwich with over easy eggs and ham. Food tasted great until about an hour later I started to feel weak and a little sick while shopping. I chose not to eat anymore (wasn't hungry anyway) and decided to try and sleep this odd feeling away. I woke up about 2 and a half hours later feeling worse, went to the bathroom, and had a watery bowel movement. We were on our way to Vegas at about 8pm and hit a gas station to fill up before heading out. At this point I felt nauseous and puked behind the gas station. Normally I have an iron stomach, so something really threw my body for a loop from this restaurant. I have no food sensitivities or allergies. Would not recommend eating the eggs here.

We absolutely love their scones. Best prices around town. Some advice - STEAR clear on Holidays / weekends. If you're lucky enough to go on a weekday, you're golden and you'll have a fabulous experience.

The food quality was what you would expect at any mediocre diner. Could have been much better if it was fully cooked and served hot. Wait staff seemed to be overwhelmed, probably short staffed.

Perfect! We walked in and placed an order to go. It was ready in 10 min (weren’t super busy that time). Everything was delicious! They made sure we had silverware, jelly, and catchup in the bag even though I forgot to ask for it! The sweet tea and iced tea hit the spot on a hot day too!

Service and food both excellent. Portions were good sized and prices reasonable. Dining area quite clean. Will definitely return.

Didn’t even get the chance to eat here. This review is based all on customer service. We went and the waited to be seated for 40 minutes and then sat at our table for 20 minutes and no one helped us. We even flagged down a waitress and she wouldn’t help us either. Another table who was seated before us hadn’t been helped at all either. Ended up just getting up and leaving.

Mixed feelings...
The food is always great, but the service is hit and miss. Sometimes we come here and we’re treated with kindness and sometimes we aren’t.
Today they gave my husband a hard time about wanting to do a takeout order. They didn’t answer the phone so he went in and then several servers were asked by the host to do a takeout order and they all refused to help him. Finally someone agreed and we got our order, but the attitude made him feel like a huge inconvenience. He’s a nice guy so he still tipped but it was one of those baffling moments for sure.
So just know that even though they advertise as doing takeout online, and even though we are in the middle of a pandemic with Utah being hotspot, they might not be willing to do a takeout order.
We’ll patron this establishment when we feel it’s safe to dine in, but we won’t do takeout again, if the service doesn’t improve, we’ll take our money elsewhere.

Honestly, food was pretty subpar and expensive for what it was. Staff was swearing and didn't acknowledge us for awhile.

Premium price for cafeteria food!
Our family of four arrived on Friday morning, and we were seated immediately. We were seated on the remodeled side with stark white walls and fluorescent lighting! Not the cozy atmosphere we had hoped for! We looked over the menu, and didn’t wait too long to order.
We try to avoid gluten, so when we made our order we asked if we could replace the pancakes with something else. We usually find restaurants will accommodate with some kind of side dish. They didn’t offer any options and our waitress was not helpful and was annoyed. The only thing she offered was the fresh fruit bowl, which was an additional three dollars! We didn’t want to pay an additional amount of money, we were just asking for something to replace the pancakes that were included with our order. No help!
When our order came, we wished we had gone somewhere else! The hashbrowns were extra oily and not tasty! The omelette that was ordered came with a slice of processed American cheese on the top! It’s strange to receive an omelette with a square piece of cheese on top!!! Obviously it’s not high quality food when you receive your food with a slice of Kraft cheese! Yuck! The omelette was not tender, it was firm and chewy! It was gross!
This is the second time we’ve been to bishops, and our last time! We will not return! Low quality food, cafeteria food, at a premium price is not worth our time and money.
We will not ever go back!!
