Fantastic food and service! Or waitress was awesome and helped me pick a delicious breakfast. Best breakfast place I've ever been to. The bacon was perfect the fruit was great and wasn't full of just cantaloupe. Like other places... IHop I'm shaming you. The food was soo good can't wait to go back!

Had lunch at Bishops today. I ordered the Turkey Melt and what I received as burnt bacon with avocado that tasted horrible, dried turkey on sourdough bread. The waitress took the plate that I put the bacon and avocado on to go and show the manager. The manager just sat there on her phone and just rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. The waitress took the plate into the kitchen and never said another word to us. I could not believe the manager did nothing. We were there for 40 or so minutes and the whole time she sat there on her phone while everyone else was working. Customer service was horrible instead of asking if our food was okay one of the other waitresses put our check on the table and walked away. Very disappointed. A new manager is highly needed.

I was seated fairly quickly since there was only two of us, we got our drinks right away. Although we waited about fifteen+ minutes before the waiter came around to ask us for our order, despite sitting at the bar in front of the waiters. Our food came out in about five-ten minutes, along with other peoples food, although it just sat on the kitchen take-out window for another five-ten minutes. The food was mediocre at best, and had already chilled. No one refilled our drinks, and another waited handed us our bill before we had finished our meal.

I was really disappointed that the one time I would show up without a senior citizen I would wait 20 plus minutes to just walk out because we still had not been seated. there were open tables and there were even three groups of people that showed up after us that somehow got seated. I took my two kids and wife and we went to somewhere else. Really disappointed. Their food is good but if you do not have white hair or wrinkles all over your face I'm afraid the service is not too great.

Great service from Austin on Sunday. The wait time was quite low, and he made sure my bf and I always had fresh coffee.
He seems super chill, and had a great aura about him.

I've been bishops many times and my experiences have been great with the food and the staff. But I went there with my family the other day and our waiter dropped syrup on the floor (because he was carrying it in his apron by the handle so it slipped out) and it splashed all over me and my family the floor and the table. I understand accidents happen but the waiter was very unapologetic never apologized to me or my family we had to get up go to the bathroom wash off all the syrup which didn't come out also he had another person come clean up the syrup. I don't know his whole attitude was just poor and acted like he didn't even care.We weren't offered anything and we're treated like we didn't even matter. I will not be going back.

Overall experience was eh. A few of the servers are really nice but there was one in peticular that wasn't very nice. (Tina) I could hear her complaining the entire time I was there. She was throwing stuff and yelling, it wasn't professional at all. She wasn't very nice to the hostess that was there. Who I thought was doing a great job. The food was as good as it usually is. Definitely won't be going back to this Bishops again.
