We love going here for breakfast on the weekends! The food and drinks are delicious and the staff are so kind and friendly!

As a Barista of 10 years and a coffee enthusiasts I can highly recommend Pueblo. They roast their own beans, single origins and blends.
ALSO they have great breakfast and lunch, authentic Mexican as well as European American classics!

Their pancakes were light and fluffy and perfectly cooked. Bacon was great and crispy. Fluffy perfect scrabbled eggs. 🥞 🥓 🍳

The breakfast burrito had great eggs, chorizo, cheese, and potatoes wrapped in a perfect warm tortilla. It was huge and definitely worth every penny. 🌯 🥚

The chilaquiles were perfectly well done too! Not to be missed! Great sauce sauce, perfect chips, and topped with the perfect amount of queso fresco.

Their signature drinks are not to be overlooked. Don't be afraid to add their homemade horchata to anything it is truly special. ☕ 🍵

Finally made my way here and I was not disappointed. Came with my best friend for breakfast. We were greeted right away, the gentleman helping us was very nice. I got the french toast combo with scrambled eggs and bacon. She got the veggie omelette that had a slice of toast and potatoes. We both loved our meal! She let me try her omelette and it was really good! And that’s saying a lot considering I do not like veggies lol. We also both got a Horchata latte and it was good. Cute and delicious place for breakfast, I will definitely come back.
