I really enjoyed my first visit to Pueblo Coffee this morning. It's rare I eat out and feel I couldn't have made what I ordered if I had time at home---this was a rarity. The hot chocolate had an unexpected but welcome undertone, and the Mexican pan was light and fresh (not hot out of the oven, but not the stale variety you sometimes find in the local Mexican market). The hot chocolate is the only beverage I have gotten my daughter outside the home that she has finished. We will be going back again. I look forward to trying more

Love this place! I go everywhere ordering chili relleno's every where I go! This place has the best one I've ever tasted! Chicken enchiladas are bomb too! My husband got fish tacos and they definitely are the best around aswell. Yummy!

Fantastic food, friendly staff, and good coffee!! The chilaquiles are phenomenal and the horchata latte is delicious!! The inside is cozy and comfortable, a nice place to sit back and relax and read for a bit with your coffee. I will definitely be back time and time again!

They have homemade horchata that it’s so yummy. I would definitely recommend. Also it’s so cute inside, I love the atmosphere and family owned vibe. We’re trying the mole enchiladas tonight and they look great. Also the tacos are a great option. Will be coming back again!!

Their coffee is amazing. All of their food is so good as well. We just got their tacos and they’re so good and really well priced. Plus the drive through is super nice when you’re in a rush.

WOW! This place is incredible. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and it was great to chat with Tony, the owner, and hear about how Pueblo got started. The food was delicious (get the chilaquiles, you won’t regret it!) and the coffee was flavorful and smooth. I will be coming here often!

Went in for lattes and loved them! The staff was kind and helpful. We will return for future coffee and look forward to trying a bag of their locally roasted beans :)

Based on a recent media review my husband and I had breakfast at Pueblo Coffee in Springville, Utah. It was freezing outside with slippery icy walkways and poor parking availability. No heat inside and it was freezing. The woman who took our order was unfriendly and unhelpful. They don’t serve decaf coffee. I had avocado toast which consisted of toast and avocado slices with salt and pepper. Nothing else. My husband had a breakfast burrito without potatoes because at 8:30 in the morning they were not cooked yet. Service was very slow. We really wanted to like this place but there was just too many things to not like.

This place is great!! Love the ambiance, the vibe, the food, and the coffee! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and the service is great. We read a few reviews from a husband and wife with a one and two star review and felt the reviews were far fetched and over exaggerated. This place is amazing and we will definitely be coming back and recommending it to people. Every place has its shortcomings, we’re all human, I’d much rather let the staff know then leave a poor review and hurt business. Tsk tsk @Paul and @Cathleen.

Absolutely love this place. The coffee is so good. Me and a friend accidentally went in not realizing they were closed and they happily took our order still. Nicest people and quick service. I definitely recommend it to friends and family.
