Quality vibes, coffee and pastries, all artfully crafted. Kaden makes a killer espresso đź‘Ś

Worst coffee shop experience ever and we have been to quite a few in our 8+ years of traveling the country.
We went in at 4:45 and ordered three drinks totaling 16.62 with tip. We got our drinks which I may say that the espresso was horrendous. My wife needed sweetener for her latte. One of the guys started telling everyone that they close in two minutes. My wife responded that she wished he would have told us that when we came in because we wanted to sit for awhile. His response was” the hours are posted on the f…ing door. I turned and said what did you say? I am not the only patron who heard it. He also said your drinks are in a to go cup. We put our drinks on the counter and said we are out of here and demanded a refund which he hesitated to give but did. Never ever will we go there again!

Loved this little local coffee shop just minutes from the Salt Palace Convention Center. It’s 90 degrees outside and their iced latte was a perfect and refreshing pick-me-up to my afternoon. The coffee was smooth & bold but not too strong. The classic rock playing on vinyl was a bonus!

Small, cozy shop. We were recommended by multiple SLC natives to go to Three Pines and we don’t regret it. The cold brew with vanilla and oat milk is delicious while retaining a full body flavor. My girlfriend got a vanilla latte with oat milk and thoroughly enjoyed it, too.

Friendly. Small space but fun. Slightly sparse. Maybe more Led Zep than ideal. Cappuccino was outstanding. Vegan pastries good. Disappointing there is no soy milk.

Three Pines is a cute little coffee shop in downtown SLC. I tried their matcha latte and it was delicious and very smooth! Way better than Starbucks. It was my first time there and the 2 guys in there were really nice and welcoming. Super cool low key place!

The drip coffee was tasty, and a good price with the free refill. The menu is minimal and further constrained by the syrups being out of stock. There is no bathroom, and the closest recommendation is quite far (the mall).

Great.. No wait.. excellent coffee. I love the minimalist menu. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Swung in here every single day while I was in salt lake for a week. I'll be back next time I visit for sure!

Salt Lake City - if you want the absolute BEST Matcha Latte in town, you need to go to Three Pines Coffee. They have homemade almond milk that is so creamy and delicious and compliments the earthy matcha PERFECTLY! Tastes great iced or hot.

Full disclosure: I didn't eat here, but sat with a friend who had (and loved) the chai. However, I was here for the better part of three hours chatting. The staff was super sweet and accommodating and kept busy cleaning the store, which made me feel like it must be very sanitary. It had a cute vibe and was calming and warm. The menu is just the basics and primarily drinks, but they all looked good. I'm sure to return to enjoy.
