Terrible ripoff. $5 for a 12oz drip coffee (the small size at other places) and no Wi-Fi

I went here because it says online that they have house made almond milk, when I got there they seemed agitated and unfriendly, and said "we don't do that anymore." She offered regular milk or oat milk and I explained that I have an allergy to gums they put in store bought alternative milks. The guy working there actually scoffed. I felt super uncomfortable so I just said "nevermind" and left. I drove way out of my way hoping they would have something I could drink, they didn't need to be rude about it.

Three Pines is a great coffee shop, a standout in the mix of other places to get a coffee in downtown SLC. The small shop is bright and airy with a surprisingly large amount of seating for small place. The staff are friendly and efficient. A great drink are their chai lattes.
Great to support a local small business.

My partner and I wanted to try some new coffee since we have been partial to other locally owned joints—we chose three pines because it was listed in the first three articles when googling “best coffee in SLC”. While we weren’t impressed with the lattes, we did die for the blueberry turnover!! If you go, you absolutely MUST try them. Another fun thing that we enjoyed was the atmosphere. It was a cute place but very obviously catered to a minimalistic white hipster crowd (record player and all). The hype made us think the coffee would change our lives but it didn’t, so it gets a 4 stars for us. Overall, decent coffee with exceptional pastries and clean friendly atmosphere.

This place is really small but very nice decorated. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. This place is very clean and well maintain. It has some tables outdoors so you can people watch. I will recommend this place to everyone.

The espresso here was good, but the pastries are terrific.

Small menu, lovely atmosphere, and super friendly staff! Their matcha latte is really good, and so is their homemade almond milk. I usually get my latte with soy or cashew milk, since "regular" almond milk tastes too burnt and bitter, but Three Pines' almond milk is super creamy and a little sweet - perfect for a latte. I'm in love!

Not the best experience, the milk tasted burnt and we couldn’t taste the espresso flavor at all, this coming from two who drink a lot of quality coffee. The shop was little and cute but overall the experience left something to be desired.

Occasionally I come in here and just read a book while my daughter is at school, the espresso and milk is good. The chai tea is good as well. The only downside to me is that it's kinda small but I don't really mind. The staff is always nice and smiling.
