The Red Moose Cafe

I love this place. I get the veg head, and it's so satisfying, and the bread they use is unique and delicious. I give this place a 5 star Yummy. ((( I need to edit my review. They replaced the "veg head" with a "Vegan" sandwich. As a vegetarian I prefer real mayo and real cheese. I'm really bummed. I don't think I'll be going here anymore.

I liked this coffee shop! Very cute little area, appreciated that it had a drive through as I had my dog with me and it was too chilly to sit outside with her. They have food here too, I didn't have any but want to come back and try. Seemed to have good vegetarian options and the standard plant based milks for coffee. I def want to stop by again when I'm in that part of SLC!

Very amazing little coffee shop that stays very busy. Staff here is very friendly and very helpful. I've now been a few times and will definitely keep coming back.
The scene is very casual and doesn't look like any dress code for employees, which I'm totally fine with.

One of my favorite go-to coffee spots in SLC. The atmosphere is great. Even though this place is small, it is very mighty in bold flavor and variety. I love the outdoor/indoor options. Friendly staff and environment.

Cute little coffee shop in Sugarhouse. Staff is friendly and provides good service. The coffee (especially Haley’s comet) is really good and the food is yummy too! A nice place to study/work or hang with friends :)

Been here a few times. Always a great decision. It’s popular so be prepared to wait on the weekends and in the mornings but it’s worth it every time. Try the Azteca mocha frozen for a special treat

Great coffee and inviting ambiance! These guys know what they are doing. Red Moose offers a tasty selection of breakfast and lunch options in addition to their delectable coffee, tea, and other hot/cold drinks. The place has character, which means the layout is a bit haphazard, but enough room to hang out for a while. I must say, however, that the chairs will make your posterior a bit sore if you stay too long! Overall, a local favourite.

Went in for a snack and a coffee one afternoon. I had a macron and an americano. Both were pretty good but the service was incredibly off putting. I asked for a single shot and was charged for double, and when I held my hand out to get my card returned the server slapped it on the counter. Very strange. Looks like they have a great pastry case and exciting menu, though.

Update to my previous 5 star review - unfortunately, they increased the prices on everything. And I mean everything, the previously free side salad is now an extra 2.25! I love it here, but to be honest the food is not worth the new prices 😩
