The Red Moose Cafe

It's true; they do have the best scones in the city! Really yummy baked goods, and the day-old discounted ones are still great. Good coffee, good location with parking, outside tables to sit with your dog, and a cute interior.

Coffee was pretty average and breakfast burritos were very lacking in flavor.

Have only been here once or twice but I have seen it numerous times and it reminds me of MONTANA the state I moved here from!

The name is so MONTANA chic if you will. It is too cute that I had to try it. There's decent size inside the shop for studying, reading, or even hanging out in a group. They have a decent amount of food options if you are not vegan or gluten or dairy free.

I tried ice tea when I came here because I had already had one too many cups of coffee for the day (I know I know, how is that even possible?!). The tea I got was delicious and refreshing! You can enjoy them hot or cold.

Outdoor seating which is the best for summer! Convenient hours and right by 900 E if you are going down or coming up 1700 S.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and quick the wait staff. I will be returning here. I would like to try the breakfast here.

Showed up, I guess, ten minutes before they closed and got attitude from girl at window. You know what? If the sign is still flashing open don’t act put out when a customer shows up. A person can get everything Red Moose sells at a multitude of places throughout the city. Treat your customers better!

I really liked this place the first couple of times that I came. It has a nice cozy atmosphere and the food is relatively fresh. It is also a decent place for students to study and others to get work done if they need to use WiFi. The only reason I am giving this place a low review is because one employee has been consistently rude to me. At first I thought maybe she was racist, but then I asked a white customer if this employee was rude to her too and she verified that she was indeed rude. And so, unfortunately, I will not be coming back here because of being treated in a rude manner.

Pretty great food and atmosphere. The bang for the buck is unmatched. Really good tasting fresh food and their sconces are to die for. Full of flavor and color. Delicious and I will be returning!!!

Quickly becoming my favorite coffee shop. Super friendly staff that likes to have fun, along with some of the best scones (according to my girlfriend) and a big menu. Hoping to go to one of the red moose after dark menus once they open back up! (Closed for holidays and private parties)

I come to Red Moose on a weekly basis for a standing work meeting. Consistently good drinks, food, and service. Their scones are the best I've had at any bakery / coffee shop! It's rarely too busy and you can always find a table or nook. There's always parking in the lot or on the local neighborhood streets. The owner is always working the front, so she's on top of providing good service.

The coffee was pretty good, but the burrito was pretty disappointing.
