Delicious coffee, beautiful layout, and decor. Staff was nice but under-staffed. Don't come here if you are in a hurry. Nice chill place to do some work and plenty of outlets.

Had to take a star off for hygiene. Due to under-staffing the two guys on duty are stuck behind the counter during the morning rush.

No one was really wiping down or disinfecting the tables after customers or in a scheduled basis.

The non-gender bathrooms looked clean in the AM (when I went).

An amazing coffee shop with the kindest and most helpful staff! I have a once-a-week workout group that meets super early in the morning on Wednesdays and wanted a place to socialize afterwards. We checked out Salt Lake Roasting Co. one week and will never look back. In addition to being an awesome space, the staff, particularly Tom, have started showing up extra early on Wednesdays to make sure enough coffee is ready for our large group. We're so thankful to have found this place. Thank you so much for hosting us and serving up the best coffee!

What a gem. Upon walking in I was stunned by the large open space, cool decor, organic coffee choices, and wonderful looking food that's made in-house.
The staff is very nice and I can tell they take pride in the coffee they are roasting and serving. I'll definitely be back to enjoy some coffee on the deck.

I love their homemade chai latte! It's the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The service is wonderful, the people working there are always very respectful and kind. Highly recommend for your morning coffee or hang out place! There is a sufficient food menu as well!

One of the best coffee spots in SLC. Robust, unique flavors. Their lobby is closed for COVID and they are taking a lot of safety precautions for the community's health. A lot of their stuff (chai, mocha for example) is made in house. You can really taste the high quality and craft. Today I tried their veggie burrito as well. Absolutely delicious, although a bit spendy for the size. I can't wait to come again!

The seasonal drinks are a delight. Pastries here are really tasty and the breakfast burrito is good as well. There is an upper level which is nice for studying. The atmosphere is friendly and open. I got a flowering tea from the tea menu.
