The highest quality dessert place in the Provo/Orem area. The iced chocolate is my go to choice. It’s rich, creamy, and refreshing. It’s like if a milkshake married into the royal family. It’s fancy. The taste ice cream is also too good to be true! Don’t be scared off by the Citrus olive oil or the cherry balsamic vinegar, it all pairs nicely to create a sweet and savory experience that is unlike any other dessert you have ever tried. Another hidden gem on the menu is there s’more’s. They make their Marshmallow and house!

Taste is one of my favorite places to eat in Provo. They have a great selection of good chocolate, and their menu, although small, is great. Definitely go early in the week if you want a piece of their weekly cakes. Great atmosphere, great service, great food.

My daughter took me here for a Mother’s Day lunch and it was wonderful! I felt like we stepped into an European cafe, the service was attentive but discrete, the food was delicious and the perfect amount. Excellent!!!

I went to the Chocolate and Cheese tasting. It was amazing! It was about 2 hours of eating and a walk through of there chocolate factory. It was amazing. There is also a bar where you can sit and order different items. My friend order a Chocolate brownie and I tried a bite and it was amazing!

My family and I (party of 5) arrived there when it opened. First one there for probably the first hour to hour and a half. We first ordered the chocolate tasting and scones. It took 45 MINUTES (only supposed to be 15 minutes) to try 5 quarter size pieces of chocolate and a vinegar shot. Nice guy but was a little irritable when ordering (there was no one in the restaurant), definitely not worth the time or money.

Then we ordered $250ish worth of food to eat there and we bought $250ish of merchandize sold there. Everything from scones, soups, sandwiches, drinks and desserts. The scones were hard and cold (we got it after our soup and sandwiches, when we ordered it with the chocolate tasting an hour and a half ago), the soup was luke warm, sandwiches were not fresh, and the mint and lemon in our teas were brown. By this time there were only 3 other people in the restaurant. I was trying to figure out what took so long and why everything came out luke warm.

I called Taste to tell them our experience. The first girl said they couldn't do anything, they only had 1 person in the kitchen, zero apology. Then I asked if I could talk to the manager and she said I can come in and get 1 FREE item from the menu. Which seemed insulting since we spend $500 there. Then she said she would talk to her manager about it and call me back. It's been 2 weeks.

Super disappointed! Lost a lot of customers! Never going back!

Taste is “The Place” to visit if you have a love of Chocolate and a taste for fine things. They are creative and put meticulous effort into their menu offerings while treating their customers with kindness (winning combination).

The “Chocolate Tour and Tasting” was so enjoyable...I highly recommend it...educational and fun. The choice of chocolates we tasted following the tour was fabulous with varied, high quality and interesting chocolates, including some very unique flavors. Taste will always be on my list of places to visit whenever I am in Provo.

Wow!!! Wow wow wow. We did the chocolate tasting and even did some shopping vinegars. I never knew about chocolate, like truly knew about it. I was blown away with our hosts knowledge and experiencing chocolate this way. I wanted to walk away with a bar of every flavor it was just such an incredible experience. If you love spice and chocolate please try the Naive spice chocolate it's a palette pleaser for sure! I will be back as much as possible to experience the chocolate after dark and anything else offered at this sweet location. Oh side note, even the bathroom smells like chocolate! Wwoooww!!!

Such a beautiful venue. Visiting the shop alone makes me feel fancy and pampered, and on top of the lovely setting, the treats are incredible!

With sipping chocolate, iced chocolate, ice cream topped with citrus olive oil and balsamic vinegar (sounds weird but it's actually amazing), brownies, sandwiches, tea time, soup nights, mocktail night (with non-alcoholic mixers) and artisan chocolate tastings, this little cafe is the perfect place for a classy date or to just visit and relax.

If you sign up for a full chocolate tasting not only do you get exposed to a wide array of artisan chocolate varieties, but you even get to go on an exclusive factory tour to see how and where the Taste chocolate bars are made.

I was invited to eat there once by a friend and went reluctantly, but now I can't stay away because I love it so much. If you've never been there, I highly recommend it, and if you've been there, consider going back! There are so many wonderful things to try on the menu!

Great customer service & delicious food! Went in on a Monday afternoon and got the turkey sandwich on prosciutto. I was hesitant on the fig dressing, but the cashier recommended it and I wasn't disappointed. The iced chocolate was great as well. Prices are a little high, but I loved the atmosphere and decor. Only downside was that only one person was working and it took awhile to get our food and since she was new, she couldn't answer some of my questions regarding catering. Otherwise, great experience!

Taste is one of my very favorite places in the world and definitely one of the standout spots in Provo. Their chocolate tastings are educational and make for an excellent date night. Their afternoon tea is delicious and luxurious. Their treats are decadent and high quality. I love coming for the atmosphere, the great service, and the great chocolate!
