The coffee here is amazing. Reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly! They can be a little slow through the drive thru but I believe it to be because they are busy insurinf quality for everyone's drink.

Even though I came in almost two hours before closing I felt rushed and like I was imposing. The lady working was doing the whole “cleaning around you to try to encourage you to leave” which was very annoying. The coffee I got was decent but I won’t be going back

This is my only go-to spot. I've been a customer of Juice and Java for 22 years and have seen two different ownership. The Barista's always know what to recommend, consistently make perfect drinks and make an effort to get to know their customers. Many times I have walked in to find that a Barista is already preparing my drink for me. You just can't find customer service like that at any other coffee shop.

Drove 2 and a half hours to get here, no menu online mind you, then when I get here they have single flavor fruit smoothies WITH NO REAL NUTRITIONAL VALUE. WHO ORDERS A SMOOTHIE LIKE ITS A MILKSHAKE? NO ONE, UNLESS THEYRE FORCED! This mango smoothie did not settle my stomach or headache and infact made me feel worse. Everything closes by 9pm and I have not eaten for almost 24 hours. This was the most upsetting waist of money and time during a very very long drive. I recommend going anywhere else

Stopped by at Juice'n Java on my way through Provo on a long drive from Portland, OR to Moab. Not only was I impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the drinks, I also enjoyed the extremely friendly and knowledgable staff! I will definitely be dropping by here on my next trip to the desert and would recommend it to anyone!

I plan on telling many of my coffee drinking friends and colleagues to never make this a destination. I came in and gave a ten dollar bill for a drink that cost 2.00 and it was decided by the short girl that I was going to be forced to tip her and gave me only a 5 back. I asked to talk to a manager and was told that she wasn't in, that makes sense seeing as this place is one of the worst businesses in the state and maybe with enough mismanagement it will close and stop being a eyesore in the newly renovated part of provo.

BEST AMERICANOS EVER!! I am a very picky about my Americano, and I drive miles and miles to get one here. Chris and Jovie are hands down the best baristas ever!!! I will follow them wherever they go. And they are training all the other lovely ladies well so I know I'll be taken care of at juice.
So why 4 stars???
The awning is awful! I am seriously concerned that it is going to damage the electrical components in my car. If it's a wet day, it's like a straight stream of water in my car. Please replace it already! It does more damage than good.
Also... Where's the pride flag? I am very disappointed that it's missing. I truly hope it's just being replaced or something. Living in a super conservative area, I love seeing a flag flown that to me represents acceptance of all. Bring the flag back. Thanks!

Best cup of coffee in Provo. Try a sugar free mocha with cinnamon if you don't believe me.

Love this place! The caramel latte is leagues above others I’ve tried at other coffeeshops and absolutely delicious. I order it every single time.

Love this joint. A real coffee house complete with local art on the walls, board games, free local publications, used books to peruse. Plus good barristas. Never had a bad latte here.
