Juice 'n Java

I've been going to Juice n Java for many years. I can always count on friendly staff! That's the most important part of any experience I hope to have when I go to any public place. The last time I visited, the woman working asked how I liked my iced coffee after I received it. I told her that honestly it was a little too sweet, and she fixed it without hesitation. I really appreciated it, and I was sure to let her know by giving a tip equivalent to the cup of coffee I had just purchased.

Their juice and hot chocolate here are so good! Very well made and full of flavor! The staff is super friendly! The only thing that keeps me from coming back dithery don’t offer any food other than baked goods. If they had just one egg croissant sandwich, I’d likely eat here almost every morning. That is the only thing they’re missing. I can’t stop thinking about their strawberry smoothie.

My absolute favorite coffee shop! I look forward to going in and chatting with the always friends staff, the quality of the coffee is superb, and the atmosphere is perfect for talking with friends or getting some work done on the computer. This place is everything a good coffee shop should be!

This is the best coffee shop in Utah County. My wife and I ordered some drinks. The baristas were very accommodating and my wife got exactly what she wanted, even though it wasn't on the menu. The drinks are amazing. 10/10 will go back.

I always have positive experiences here, and I am a frequent customer! Best local coffee shop! Friendly service and delicious coffee that actually tastes like coffee and not just pure sugar!

The selection of coffee drinks can't rival there big chain, but they don't have to. Always cherry greetings when you walk in. Every coffee I've had had always been very good. It doesn't matter which store you go to, Provo or Orem, you will have super service and a fantastic coffee!

Always enjoy my coffee from here, whether its drip or a latte. Rarely does it get screwed up. It is usually really slow though, drive through or inside. At times I have to leave line cause of the wait time. But I enjoy supporting local places and they've been around a long time. Would like more of a pastry/food selection

Recently had their red-bull smoothies... SO GOOD. Especially the blueberry one. I also loved the berry scone they had. That was actually amazing too. Great environment to hang out at and great service always. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

This place is delicious! Fantastic juices and coffees. The Rocky Raccoon is wife’s favorite. Two out of three times we’ve been, service was great! But the last time we went to the Provo location here was pretty disappointing. I wanted a carrot-pineapple-ginger juice. The girl taking my order said okay, but then the other girl making the orders came up and told her they were out of pineapple juice. They then had the following convo, right by the window where I could hear. “No we do have it, it’s in the back.” “Well I would have to cut it open right now.” “Yeah I know.” “Well there is too long of a line right now.” *There are three cars behind me* “Okay sorry sir, we are all out of pineapple juice.” So basically they lied to me about being out because they didn’t want to go get more at that moment... it sucked not getting what I wanted when they did indeed have it, but it’s so darn delicious that I’d still go again.

I usually love this place and stop whenever i go to Provo. Today was the exception, my go to coffee went up in price $1.87
Granted it has been a month since i was last there but when i questioned the amount I was told the prices were raised the first part of June. The lady was rude and acted like it was a "chore" to be nice or answer my questions.
For the "new" prices and lack of customer service, Beany's will get my business as the same coffee is less expensive and 24 oz.
