I'm traveling, so I can't necessarily speak to the consistency of the offerings here at JnJ...but my first impression is VERY good! Had one of their specialty drinks with almond milk, and it's absolutely delicious! The baristas are friendly and hard working, the building is clean and spacious (plenty of room for social distancing), while at the same time comfortable. They're also clearly LGBTQIA friendly (love the rainbow flags!🌈) which fosters an inclusive and personable atmosphere. Plus the music selections are awesome!!
I doubt you'll regret a stop here!

Ever since I can remember, my parents have been getting coffee at Juice and Java in Provo. When I was younger, it was the luckiest day ever when they would let me get one of their HUGE blueberry muffins. Each hot drink is topped off with a chocolate covered mocha bean which is a fun addition to each drink. Recently they moved locations to a larger location on a bigger and more busy road, and we were excited to try out the new location.
Went there today after a few years and sadly I will NOT be back.
Pulled up to the window and the lady opened the sliding window and said “yes?”
*I would like to order a double tall mocha*. “Ummm what is that??”
*Oh I am sorry, a tall double mocha please*. “WHAT’S A TALL!?”
*Sorry, other coffee places I tell them tall, can I get a medium?*
“Seriously lady? We have 12 oz, 14 oz, and 16 oz. What do you want?”
I was offended but said *the 16 oz, (medium).* She hurried and shut the window before I could say another word. I got her attention and told her I had another drink to order, and she acted so disgusted.
*Can I get a sugar free caramel mocha please in a 16 oz?* She said, “we don’t have sugar free chocolate, only sugar free caramel.” (accepting that the caramel is what I ordered in the first place, I said *OK!*
She handed me the drinks, didn’t say anything else.
Did NOT leave a tip, and will not be back. Makes me very sad, because of the long time memories, but there are other coffee places….

Ask for Chris or Jovi!!!! They are my absolute favorite baristas of all time (they never disappoint this coffee lover)!!!! And the "Young and the Restless," with Espresso Whip, is divine!! ❤ If you haven't been here, you're missing out!!

I am sad to say this but I had a terrible experience at the Provo location today. I was half helped by three different people. The first employee had the window open when I pulled up but never acknowledged me. Eventually after waiting for an uncomfortable amount of time I tried to order. She rudely responded . . . uhmmm I cant hear you ...
I then reordered my drink and another employee popped her head out the window and said ... ya is that all ? The first girl who must have been cashing the register in or out still never even looked at me. I replied yes and just waited. She did not tell me the price of the drink or say please or thank you or anything. I felt as if I was annoying them by being there. I honestly was so bothered by the attitude I almost drove away without my drink. Then a third girl brought me my drink and was actually very polite and said thank you and have a nice day. But the first two girls were seriously so rude. I will not be going back. I just feel like there is always a kind and polite way to do things and there is really no excuse to be rude to another human being.

Coffee is good, but the staff is unfriendly. They have a nice coffee shop setup inside, but you don't really feel welcome there. If you stay there too long (i.e. you've finished your drink) they invite you to move along. Even when it's not crowded inside. If you're looking for a place to have a coffee and catch up with friends or work on your laptop, find somewhere else. This place is fine as a drive thru, but disappointing as a coffee shop.

This is a great coffee shop. It's right by the greyhound station, so you can grab a cup of coffee while you're waiting for your bus connection. The inside only has room for about ten people, but most people hang out outside. The line for the drive through is pretty long, so you can't really get a quick cup of coffee in a hurry. The baristas are all pretty friendly.

This place is amazing ! Our barbershop comes here religiously, and they never fail to give us the best coffee around , they are always on top of there game , and are staying up to code and being more than safe during this time ! If you’re looking for a shop this is this one !

Great coffee but be sure to take it to go. I have to disagree with the previous reviewer on the decor, IMO very drab and a pungent cleaning chemical smell. When I first drove up all the employees were outside smoking (there seems to be a lot of smokers in Provo) which immediately turned me off so maybe I am biased. I typically sit and do work for at least an hour every morning while enjoying my coffee...here I was out the door in half an hour searching for somewhere else to go.

The baristas who work here are some of the nicest people I've ever met! The coffee here is always too quality and your order is made right in front of you. The time from ordering to receiving your drink has always been short for me.

I come maybe once a month, I am always greeted pleasantly. The manager remembers my preferences.
