The workers I met at this store are kind, helpful, and genuine. I was saddened to hear all the ways that management has been treating them recently. Please pay your workers more, and please give them time off if they need it! They deserve so much more.

What a cool spot in downtown Provo. Boba is tasty and it comes out quick. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the biscoff smoothie and loved it. If you get a hankering for boba, this is a great place to go. Great for dates as well.

We had heard good things, but they are not to be believed. First off, they got our orders wrong and then accused us of getting them wrong. Somehow my drink (jasmine green tea) tasted worse the second time around. The winter melon ginger only tasted like ginger. The Thai tea had next to no flavor. It was like milk and the brown sugar syrup. The fresh buns taste just like the ones from the frozen section. The seating is atrocious. I wish I had something good to say, but legitimately there was nothing. I could go on about all the issues, but there really is too much.

My daughter and I love going on boba dates. This shop by far has the best tasting boba, prices, and the kindest staff that we have encountered so far.

Such a cute little spot! Food is great and the milk tea is phenomenal! The staff is very kind and positive every time I come in, they create a safe environment. This is my favorite local boba shop

The sandwich I had here was awful. When I ordered, they were all out of chicken, so I ordered the pork. As I was waiting, I heard someone say, “is this pork expired?” Then someone else responded, “it should be ok, it hasn’t been 7 days.” So that already made me cautious. When I got my sandwich, they said they were out of napkins, but that I could get paper towels from the bathroom, so I opted to eat in my car. I took one bite, and tossed it. It tasted terrible. I hope I don’t get sick. I called to ask about a refund, however no one answered.

The employees were extremely nice, Andrea and Georgia were so fun and had the best vibes. The drinks were AMAZING, so much so I came back twice in a day. I love everything about it here.

Staff were super nice. Got a bamboo pork bun and a sweet chili paninin (I think that's what it was called). Both were great, but the panini kinda falls apart as you eat it. Will definitely be back!

Holy expensive! The drink was amazing but I won't be going back soon due to the price
