Boba Bee

Boba Bee is something special. My fiancée and I are somewhat of boba aficionados, and of the 5-6 different boba places around Orem and Provo, BB is the clear winner. With competitive prices, generous size, and consistently great flavor, they have a lot to offer. I have been to this location upwards of 20 times in the past 6 months, and I always enjoy their bobas. Their passion fruit milk teas are great. Their milkshakes are also fantastic! I have never had a bad experience with Boba Bee…Until today. We actually had a bad experience with one of their bobas that we ordered via DoorDash. However, we called about it, and they made it right for us. Check them out today! You won’t regret it!

Super cute, and I enjoy all the live plants. The atmosphere is also super chill. The boba was immaculate, I enjoyed it so much. I also had some of the buns and they were amazing. I appreciate all the options, it's not too much that you can't decide what you want, but it's still plentiful. Plus the service was great, it took a teensy bit but it's worth the wait!

First time trying this place. I like how they have so many drink options. I orders a vanilla milk tea with the mango popping pearls and I got it 100% sweet. It was really sweet. It was delicious, but I think when I come next time I’ll get my drink 75% sweet. There are so many other drinks I want to come back and try. The employee was also really nice. I love the atmosphere of this place.

Oh I had such high hopes for this place. After viewing their Instagram I was excited to hop downtown try their menu. There was only one person staffing the place when we went. We ordered the honey bbq pork and beef bulgogi panini sandwiches. When they were served to us I was surprised to see that they did not look at all like they had advertised, using a strange multigrain bread and an incredibly meager amount of fillings. Even worse, the meat was tough and tasted super off. The sauce was overly sweet and did not help the situation. Also strangely served with a banana? So sad! A simple panini should not be that hard.
Next we ordered some drinks, which I was planning to be at least decent, since this is the shop’s main attraction. Unfortunately these too disappointed. The boba pearls were wildly inconsistent in texture: some too hard and some total mush. :( I’m afraid I would not recommend this place unless some major improvements were made.

The workers were so nice and helpful! My drinks were delicious. I got a watermelon milk tea with cherry popping and a biscoff smoothie with classic. 10/10 recommend. I will be going back!

I love boba bee! I honestly spend too much here often taking 3+ trips a week from Eagle mountain. I love the milk teas and they taste amazing! Plus, the classic Boba is almost always perfectly made! My favorite boba to get is an Okinawa smoothie with classic Boba and coconut jellies! The people are almost always really kind, and the lobby is as clean as it can be during the day, but overall, I love this place and hope there will be one nearby someway!

Absolutely amazing: food, employees, and store area. It's all so delicious! The employees are kind and quick to fulfill your order, and the store has a really cozy vibe that helps you feel right at home and relaxed.

Best Boba in Provo for sure!! Loved the biscoff Boba 🤤 only thing I'd say is I'd love if the staff were more educated about celiac and what gluten is! Best practice is to wipe down surfaces and change gloves because they make sandwiches here

It was pretty tasty. However, they only have the capacity to make one Panini at a time. They are often understaffed so if they’re busy, you’re going to have a long wait. If you have the time it’s worth the wait, but if not, probably better to find someplace else to eat. Honeydew smoothie is divine..

The food and drinks were great, but the customer service wasn’t really good at all. They also forgot the Bamboo Bun we ordered and just handed our To-Go order one at a time with rude, “Here, Here, Here”. Will probably go back if different employees are working then.
