Absolutely loved Boba Bee. Drinks were made very fast and the environment was cute and fun. Has a few tables outside that we sat at after getting our drinks and loved every minute of it.
I got the rose milk tea with the popping pomegranate boba and it was amazing! The flavors were strong and just the right amount of sweet. Super cute cups they serve in also. Would recommend to ANY friend.

I wanted to like this place but unfortunately it fell short. I felt rushed throughout my order. I wanted to order more but they cut me off before I could. I ordered 50% sweetness and I’m not sure if it’s a powder that they use or what but there was no flavor to my drink. The boba was inconsistent in texture and the jelly was hard. But thanks for the workout for my jaw. The “fresh” buns are definitely from the freezer section at the Asian market. I love the buns (the pork and cabbage one) from the Asian market, but for $2.49 a piece? JAIL. The black sesame bun was lacking in flavor as well. It was basically a black paste which is sad since I love black sesame. The table we sat at was definitely a lawn chair set, which is not the problem. The problem is that it was super dirty. There are plenty of places in the area that are the same price range that are consistent and taste good.

I would live here if I could. I love Boba Bee. Incredible flavors, great flavor combinations, so many options for popping boba flavors and amazing tea-free drinks, if you’re into that (: Service is always super friendly and accommodating, too!

The boba here is the best in Utah county! The flavors are immaculate and the sweetness is just right! The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is very friendly. I’ve also been to the sister location in the Orem Asian market and it’s just as good! The buns are super soft and make at very yummy snack. I will be a regular here :)

The staff was very kind! Even though they messed up which boba I wanted, the lady was very kind in letting me have both as she did the wrong one first. The tea is so delicious! I liked the flavors of both boba together! Overall it was a pleasant experience, will definitely go back!

Seriously the best boba EVER. I swear you will never find another boba place in Utah with so many options. Pluses you cannot beat the environment. The seating is very open and just plain gorgeous, far from traditional. It gives off the best earthy vibes. Service is amazing and very kind.

Went for the first time today and the cashier was very helpful when I was choosing my drink! I got the peanut butter cookie smoothie and it was heavenly- perfectly sweet with excellent boba. Will definitely return!

HONEST REVIEW: My sister and I came here when they first opened and all I could say was good things: clean, on-point cooked boba, perfect sweetness, etc. BUT, I just went tonight and it was GROSS. 1) Nearly all the girls had LONG LONG hair down that was flying around by the toppings and my smoothie. GROSS— I lost my appetite just from watching their hair fling everywhere and was nervous drinking my boba the whole time. the hair needs to go up and they need to be washing their hands more frequently. That is just disgusting. 2) Cooked the boba wrong. all of my boba was stuck together, so soft it was almost disintegrating in my mouth… ew. I also asked for 75% sweetness— I have grime on my teeth from how much powder they put it my boba smoothie and it wasn’t even slushee. It was all melty by the time they gave it to me, WAY overly sweet and gritty from the amount or powder they added, and unfortunately my favorite part the classic boba was cooked poorly. I’ve been a regular at Boba Bee since they first opened and have never had problems in the past, but I will never revisit after my experience tonight. Maybe it’s new staffing or different recipes… but Boba Bee really needs to up their game. Disappointed to say the least.
