The Primitive Waffle Cavé

You simply have to visit this place if you stay or pass by Parowan. The waffles were delicious but more importantly, the staff is just lovely, extremely kind and simply made my day. The interior and atmosphere are unique and cozy, you can also easily park your car outside. The area is really nice too, so even more worth to have a walk there :)

If you happens to be in Parowan Utah, I highly recommend you stop by this cute place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food is fresh, healthy, delicious and keto friendly! I had the yummy waffle sandwich made from almond flour and the freshest ingredients. The best I have ever had! The owner Amber and her staff were super nice and friendly. Great food and great service. It’s the best combination!

WOW!!!! We’re from Vegas and couldn’t be more impressed with this menu in such a small city. EVERYTHING IS GLUTEN FREE. ALL ORGANIC. I’ve never had a waffle sandwich and I don’t even like waffles.. by far one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had (the hunter)!

The atmosphere with the cozy furniture and fireplaces was so welcoming compared to other cold coffee shops in the area. The owner brought us our food and couldn’t have been more personal and helpful.

Best place in Southern Utah! I ordered the special of the week, the "Yo Adrian", cheesesteak waffle sandwich. Amazing sandwich, awesome flavor, almost ordered another one to go. All organic all gluten free.
Coffee was perfect too, I love this place and we be back tomorrow! If you are heading up to Brian Head for the day, stop here before, you will love it!

This little spot is pure magic! This was my first visit and I have to say I was totally impressed with the flavor and service. High quality ingredients and unique flair! I got the baked potato soup, and a Tenacious G half sandwich. Bonus, delicious pickle chips and carrot sticks came with the lunch special.

LOVE is....this Waffle Bfast ( Sunrise with bfast sausage and portobello with drizzles and dunks of maple syrup) Sammie prepared by the most wonderful Chef and Sous Chef I've ever encountered! Thoughtful and divinely delish 😋 if you have not stopped in ........what are you waiting for?! Also shout out to the Hostesses with the mostestess Audrey and her sidekick Avery! Super friendly and welcoming ❤️

Oh. My. God!! This place is phenomenal!! EVERYTHING is gluten free, organic, clean and sooooo good. The hunter waffle sandwich on garlic waffles is to die for! The owner is super sweet. The place is cozy and warm with a fireplace. The gluten free donuts are delicious. I cannot say enough about this place. We are from Vegas and there is no place as good as this place in Vegas. We are already planning our next hiking adventure around coming back here.

This place was so great! We stopped here on the way to ski and the food was great, there were games for the kids, and the workers/owner were wonderful. I had the goat cheese sandwich after the staff recommended it and loved it. Others had a waffle with heaps of berries or the hunter sandwich and liked it as well. Lots of healthy options.

We decided to try this place because of the reviews and lack of other options in the area. It's definitely worth it but it's a little hard to find. No big sign off the main road, which Google made us think it was on but it's actually in a small parking lot off the main road

Stopped by on our way home from Brianhead and we were both blown away! The food and service was outstanding + the environment was so cozy and welcoming-- thank you guys for a tasty warm meal!

I came in today (2nd time in) to grab some quick lunch to take back up the mountain (near Panguitch) with me. When the gal asked what meats I wanted, I said ALL of them and I wasn't kidding. The result did NOT disappoint, though it was quite difficult to not make a mess eating this thing while driving 80mph down I-15! Great friendly service as well and I know because I own a restaurant and a cafe' in Panguitch! I'll be back! SUA SPONTE!
