The Primitive Waffle Cavé

Best coffee in Parowan, and one of the few places that's open at 7:30 in the morning. I had a waffle sandwhich for breakfast (you can get a half sandwhich if you're not feeling super hungry) and it was delicious!

OMG the best gluten free waffles I have ever eaten! We have a Hobbit Cottage Airbnb in Cedar City and recommended this place to all our guests. The sanwiches and soup are sensational. I had the Tree climber coffee with pumpkin, the gatherer fruit waffle for breakfast. Mmmm. Excellent service. Amber is a gem! Her girls have excellent customer service. The fireplace greets you with a warm sense of home at first step through the door. Charming decor, everything organic and made from scratch. Outdoor seating makes it even more quaint. Love this place so much. 😍

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We ate have the menu and it’s all delicious. The scones are the best! The whole restaurant is gluten free and they are super accommodating to those with food allergies. Wish I could pick this place up and move it to Ohio

so, where has this place been my whole life?? It is UNBELIEVABLE. an absolute MUST. it is a unicorn find 100%. rare and yet wonderful. Definitely needs to franchise more. I’ve gotten the yo adrien on a garlic waffle and it is to die for. The hunter is so delicious too.

Stopped here on our way back to Colorado! What an amazing place! The staff & owners are probably some of the friendliest people I have ran into, & the food was sooooooo good🙌 Would literally come back just to eat here

Best breakfast I have ever had!!! If they didn't tell you it was gluten free, you would never know. I am not a gluten-free eater so I was hesitant to go, but I will go to this restaurant anytime I'm going out to breakfast. I've heard their lunch is amazing also.

10/10 recommend! Everything I’ve had here is amazing and it seems like they can accommodate for a wide variety of food sensitivities or restrictions. I had a short wait for my food both times I’ve been but it’s been more than worth it.

Absolutely love this place! Everything is organic and gluten free, the atmosphere is cozy and intimate along with super beautiful. The staff is super amazing and kind. The food and coffee is to die for. A must visit!

Such an amazing addition to our little town! I had the primitive sandwich with the garlic herb waffle and a strawberry basil with lemon drizzle scone. Everything was delicious! I will definitely be coming back for more!
