The entire staff is extremely passive aggressive. They look like they do not want to work here. They look constantly dead and they don’t want to serve you. One staff member says you can add into it and the other says you can’t. They aren’t consistent about there rules with drinks. Always have such a judge face too. I like the drinks here but the staff ruin the experience for me.

The name of the store on Google is way too long they need to shorten it but the drinks are delicious

I’m not a big fan of milktea, but this place was awesome. I’m more of coffee lover, they had coffee milktea flavor which I did not see any boba shop in valley. I had coffee milk tea topped with red bean, was so good. I will be back for more

Tried a few asian drink stores around Orem. Gotta say sharetea has the best boba orem. Really like the option of small or big chewy boba. Next time im looking for boba orem, im going to sharetea. Simple

Man I have been so impressed. The tea has been phenomenal and some great options for those that want to avoid the actual tea plant. They were patient as I asked questions and the atmosphere is perfect. I have loved every drink I have gotten there and I will for sure be coming back. Most boba places end up being around $7-$8 a drink which is outrageous. These sit firmly around $5 which feels right for the amazing drink you get.

The shop is quite and clean! Great place to work and study.

It is worth driving from Ogden to grab the drinks. taste exactly like what I expect plus cute spot. Highly recommend for milktea lover.

The best boba tea in Utah，okinawa milk tea is my favorite！

I used to like Share Tea quite a bit but the last few times I had been there, it seems like the drink quality and customer service was below average. I got a Wintermelon with milk regular sugar with boba. It was bad. I could not taste the Wintermelon flavor at all. It tasted like watered down milk. I tasted as if I asked for 20% sugar.

The staff also seemed more interested in checking their phones during their shift than helping customers. I saw 3 different girls on their phones while there were customers waiting to be helped. Seemed very inefficient and not proper for the work place.

The aesthetics of the store are great but the lack of customer service and iffy quality of drinks are the reasons for the lower rating.
