Moore's Family Restaurant (The Original)

The food is absolutely terrible. Warm orange juice, yuck, and is all the food fried in bacon fat? Never again, just awful food. Can't even eat it. Would feel bad even giving it to a homeless person.

It's a bit like stepping back in time. Nice choices for breakfast. I had the meat omelette and it was very tasty. Lots of waitresses and very speedy.

The food was so fresh and tasty and the service was the best I've had in a long time! Everyone looked happy to be there. They must treat their staff very well!

Came here for lunch and its not that good. Seeing other reviews breakfast looks better. The grilled chicken I had was extremely bland. Tomato was fresh but nothing special. Mash potatoes were alright. Gravy was the only thing that saved the meal.

If your getting lunch. Look elsewhere.

Pretty good food.. They were BUSY so it took a little longer than I had hoped to get our food but it was good!

The food is good but the customer service is not. Both times I have been here the wait staff seemed apathetic to our presence, and communication was poor and unprofessional. When done, I said hello to the cashier and she couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me other than to process my payment. Yet someone walked in behind me whom she recognized and she was instantly cheery and welcoming. I said "hello" again after this, jokingly this time, as if she hadn't seen me up to that point, but she continued ignoring me. The staff is very off-putting.

Great service good food great price

The food and service is wonderful! They have the very best pancakes I have ever eaten, and the best coffee as well. Moores is my favorite place to have breakfast. It's a little bit expensive, but it's a lot of food. I never can finish it all. I love going there! I highly recommend it, A++

I've eaten at Moore's for over 30 years and have never had a bad meal.

Service is excellent
The chicken fried steak is very different, not all heavy battered with no meat. Instead it was beautifully done like a German style pork schnitzel (freaking amazing!!!). The sourdough bread is great there too, very hearty. My son ordered a pancake with his meal, it was fluffy and perfect. The syrup also is brought to your table warm too, nice touch. The waiter was very attentive and very hospitable. Very nice man.
If I lived here, this would be a regular stop for sure , I would definitely be a regular.
