Dutch Bros Coffee

Tried the iced horchata chai with soft top and cinammon and nutmeg, but requested it with oat milk. It was beyond delicious!

My second visit to the Murray Dutch Bros. and the girl taking orders at drive up was snotty about me getting in line in the order I arrived, which is how it's been at double entry drive through typically. Next, they made both drinks in my order wrong, I'd ordered a 2 flavor drink and restated thrice that the two flavors were meant to be in the same drink, still I was charged for 2 drinks and of course the 2 separate fliavor drinks were served. I thought once we'd driven away the poor experience was over, but no, of course there was a long hair in one of the drinks that they had remade. Sooooo disgusted

Never had Dutch Bros before. But had great drinks, good variety to choose from coffee, to mixing drinks. Only down fall was I wish they could add some vodka or tequila or whiskey to the drinks🤣🤣😂😂👍👍👍

Hibba took my order this morning and was absolutely incredible. I mentioned how horrible my morning was and they made my drink order on the house. It made my entire day. The customer service here is always phenomenal and my drinks are always perfect. I can’t recommend this location any higher.

The girls there were very upbeat and so nice, a bee flew into my car and they helped me get it out without hurting it. Such sweet people here!!

If you haven't ever been GO!!! I always try something different and have yet to find something I don't love! The coffe is smooth even on the ones that aren't as sweet! The staff is always so patient and SO friendly!! Even IF they have LONG lines you get through in about 5-10 minutes!

This is my go to Dutch Bros, but after tonight, I would rather drive to the location that is 3 miles out of the way. I was in line at 9:45 pm, I sat in line for 10 minutes and watched the employees at the window gossip with who I’m assuming is another co-worker, in her personal White Audi, in the drive thru, who was being belligerently LOUD. Screaming, cussing, and after 10 minutes the employee in the car looks over and states very loudly that there are cars behind her that are annoyed, and then continues to tell her story and be disruptive. This was ridiculously unprofessional, at this point there was 4 cars behind me, so I left, because I didn’t want to hear this girl scream anymore. She then very loudly states how we are really annoyed and now we are leaving and the employees just laugh.

I’m all for having fun, and a great work environment, but at some point you still have to maintain professionalism, and this store clearly is not it.

This Dutch Brose location in Murray is pretty amazing, the staff is always friendly and the drinks are always made correctly!

I spend 20 min just to get my coffee today, are this kids getting paid to talk to all the customers? Looks like they want to know all the customers life. They need to keep the ball rolling, I thought this supposed to be "fast food service"
I'm not going there again
