Dutch Bros Coffee

I ordered a 32oz iced drink and more than half the cup was filled with big chunks of ice. When I scooped the ice out only half of the cup had my actual drink order in. What a rip off!! That was my first time going to Dutch Brothers. I didn’t think that they would fill the entire cup with ice so that only half the cup has the actual drink in it. Such a waste of money. If I decide to ever go back I now know that they only give you half of the actual order and fill the rest with ice to make it look like it’s a full order. It was maybe 12oz of actual coffee and the rest ice.

Th staff member that helped me was very nice. It’s the “quality” that I am completely disappointed in. I was excited to try Dutch Bros from hearing so many great things, but unfortunately it was not what I expected.

Love this location. My drinks are always just how l like them. Parker is the best barista I've ever had!

Would be a five star if the speed of coffee making it to your hand increased dramatically. I would not suggest coming here in the morning or nine times out of 10 you will be late for work....... Been sitting in this same spot for them now 8 minutes and there is no end in sight!!! Somebody help!!!

Update they haven't gotten any better been in line for now 16 minutes..... Maybe I'll start going to Java joes

Love me some Dutch! It’s even better when you have the best barista!! Corin is such a sweetheart! My drinks are always amazing and I will continue to go there.

I had a great time and experience I have no problems getting my order in and out and the manager helped me a lot and also these two helpers that where my cashers was I was not in a good mood and just getting a great customer service and they got my mood up and happy I will appreciate them there names are HAYLEE ROGERS AND RAVI KAUR IF U SEE THIS I WISH U THE BEST AND GOD BLESS YOU THANK FOR CHANGING MY SADNESS TO HAPPYNESS and the manager thank u to u guys keep ur store clean and great vibes u guys deserve a raise the store is UT0302

It was my first time trying Dutch bross and it’s sooo good
The guy that takes the orders and The cashier by the drive through they are helpful and amazing

I went a while back and it was freezing outside, Parker was out there taking orders like a champ and still smiled! I cant believe she could handle that weather! p.s. my drink was good too

They provide good options and are able to find what your tastes buds are craving. They even can load point on your account with your phone number. Sometimes they miss a drizzle or if it's iced or frozen.

I don't normally leave reviews for individuals of establishments I frequent, but Parker is hands down the best "Broista" I have had at any Dutch Bros. Her attitude and effort in an era when customer service has been cast aside shines like a beacon out of the Dutch Bros Windmill! Keep up the incredible work Parker.

Best coffee, even better employees! Was coming for a pre-shift pick me up when a car cut in front me in line. The girl who took my order noticed my scrubs and made sure to bring my drink out to me when the car in front of me was taking what seemed like an extra long time. Left me a cute note and started my shift with a smile!
