Dutch Brothers turned this guy who didn't like coffee into a guy who kinda likes coffee and is obsessed with the Iced Golden Eagle. The staff is always very friendly, upbeat, and quick to take your order. Lines can be long if you go during busy times but they move quickly. If you want to avoid the line, I'd recommend parking your car and going to the walk-up window (pro tip). They have an expansive menu with lots of different options to cater to your needs. If you want something special or need recommendations ask the staff. They are very knowledgable and always willing to help. My girls like the blended lemonade with the double rainbros flavoring (which is tasty). They also have sugar free options and milk options as well. I'd recommend downloading the app. They're generous with their points and give you goodies on a regular basis. Their prices are reasonable. See you soon, Dutch Bros!

The staff are very friendly. I wanted to try it. Line was fairly long but went quickly.
I found the drink menu confusing. I wanted to really love their coffee but it's just coffee. Reasonably priced but again in my opinion it's just coffee. Had a non fat peppermint mocha.

I love Dutch Bros, and I’m not typically a reviewer by nature. 9/10 times I come here everything is great and the staff is almost always phenomenal. The last two times I have come to the Murray location I have been disappointed though.
Today I ordered a large hot chai latte with cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkles on top. The last two times they have forgotten to put the sprinkles on top. I get a relatively boring vanilla chai so those sprinkles on top go along way with the flavor. The employee that took my order today was amazing, but the one at the window was another story. She literally said a quick hi to me and then the entire time I watched her make my drink she just sat there complaining to her coworker about how cold she was and she just wanted to go home. In all the complaining she forgot not just the sprinkles on my drink, but the vanilla too.
I’m so annoyed. Putting three stars because they are usually great. I’m off to drink my $6 plain chai and milk.

Hear me out. I have been going to this location since the day they opened. I love this place. However today was extra frustrating as I was on my way to a work meeting. I drove by and saw that there was zero cars in line. I was so excited because I was going to be able to get a coffee before my meeting. Well a woman in a blue truck zoomed past me right into the drive-thru to which the employee working the window came out to the truck to give her a hug and talk to her. Not to take an order not with the iPad. Then she slowly walked inside the truck pulled up and they continued to talk for at least another 10 minutes. I don't know when the order was ever taken for the drink if it ever was. But she handed her drink they continued to talk and fight about a tip. Then she took the money then threw it back in the car. Also, during this time and employee had to come out with an iPad to take my order, clearly because it wasn't being taken out the window and there was no rush to do anything else. But she was very nice and very sweet. Anyways throughout this whole entire ordeal for 10 minutes they both kept looking back at me and the employee kept looking back at me completely disregarding that there was nobody else in line and there should have only taken me 2 minutes. When I finally got to the window she didn't even apologize or anything. In fact she's slightly talks to me as she could tell I was a little upset and then she just turned her head then she took her phone out of her pocket and continue to use it while also pouring drinks. Not sanitary Listen I love this place and I love the employees here so much but this was absolutely awful and I was 5 minutes late to my meeting

They forgot to take the tea bags out of my earl grey tea. It tasted good when I got it, but by the time I got home it had steeped for 20 minutes and was ruined.
I revised this review to 3 stars as it would seem that I am partially to blame for not removing the bag, however I still did not like the tea

Best barista we've ever had. And our drinks were DELICIOUS!! Thanks Bailee. At 530 am, it's tough to wow me, but she did!! Fabulous experience
