Fantastic coffee shop. Probably the most COVIDsafe coffee shop out there. You order outside and then they bring it out to you. They have blankets and heaters on the patio if you aren’t staying at Springs Ranch. Great menu with everything from steak + egg bagel sandwiches to vegan breakfast burritos. Lots of nondairy milks to choose from too. Awesome spot.

What a delightful place to enjoy a morning coffee and treat! Great coffee (really strong) and they have many milk options including oat. We also tried a chocolate chip cookie which was delicious. It’s also in such a pretty spot in a gorgeous garden with nice flowers and very COVID safe. The woman serving us was super friendly and just overall a pleasant experience. We are already planning to return!

Horsethief is a hidden gem located at Moab Springs Ranch. Celiacs/Wheat intolerant folks…rejoice, there are fresh baked GF items including GF bagels on the menu. The breakfast menu has quite a few delicious sounding options. The Out of Towner bagel sandwiches were delicious and so fresh. Our barista, Crystal, was friendly and helpful. The Cafe Mocha was excellent as well as the Chai. The outdoor space is sunny with ample seating as well as blankets to keep you from getting chilled... easy parking also. If you are lucky you might be visited by the MSR cat, Wiz. As locals, this is now our favorite spot for coffee and bites. They are open 7 days a week, 6:30am-11am. It is well worth your time to make the trip to Horsethief.

We came here several mornings for coffee and breakfast. There is a great shaded garden to sit in and read while enjoying a canyon breeze. So lovely!

Totally enjoyed my experience here! Very cute cafe with loose leaf tea and outdoor patio area. New favorite haunt in town. Gluten, vegan, and soy free breakfast cookie as well! Prices are slightly cheaper than rest of coffee spots in town. Would definitely recommend.

I expected more, the atmosphere is nice outside. The coffee tastes burnt, maybe it's just how it is in the area? The granola bowl is pretty good.

The bacon, egg, cheese and tomato jam bagel was 10/10. Probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Coffees' were loved by all of our group as well.

Stopped in for coffee and a sandwich. Had the bacon and egg burrito. Service was fast and super friendly. Quality was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Very cute european style coffee place!
Best coffee since we left New York for our roadtrip. And bagels are great!
Small, exact dishes 💪🏽

Just off the road, charming cafe with cute plants, cozy seating, and nice folks. Coffee was great, $15 for two medium flavored lattes, a scone, and tip. Vegan & GF options! Snagged some local advice on the way out. :-)
