Huge juicy hamburgers. Extra crispy French fries & delicious fry sauce. Try the Jackson Hole Brewing rootbeer; it's very good. We enjoyed sitting up on the deck. Great service and very reasonable prices. We will be eating here frequently.

The location is cool and the service was fast but the food wasn't too good. The bun was pretty crumbly and came apart easily and got soggy fast. The party wasn't very well seasoned either, so most of the flavor came from the toppings and sauce which were everywhere because of the bun. I will probably go back and try one of their sandwiches since the fries and the service were good, but I will definitely go elsewhere burgers.

Tasty burgers and sandwiches. Can be rather messy, but a solid fast food experience.

My true rating for Morty's Cafe lies somewhere between 4.4-4.6 stars. The food was great, and if you're in the mood for greasy fries and burgers, you can definitely satisfy your cravings here. It's pretty affordable, but you need to buy the sides separately from the burgers. We had a large shake with our order, and after finishing the burger (philly cheese-steak) and sweet potato fries, I couldn't manage to finish the shake as well. This was rare, most of the time I finish my meal and am left wanting more. Not at Morty's. Although the food is great, I warn those who are watching their weight or are trying to lower their cholesterol to either get a salad or eat somewhere else.

The food and service are good but the restaurant is cold, small and not so good

Food was, "ok". But overpriced, and tables were filthy.

Our first time eating here and it was amazing. We did take out and the service over the phone to order was professional and they got our order exactly right. The burgers were so tender and the toppings fresh. Their fries are the best I have had in a very long time. We loved it!

I used to love Morty’s for its food, convenience, and consistency, but other recent reviews as well as my recent personal experiences have made it clear that it’s gone downhill in quality, service, and cleanliness over the past year. When they hit - oh boy it’s good. Wonderful fries, awesome selection, good options for most dietary restrictions. However, the “hits” of positive experience have become fewer and farther between as of late.
I also wouldn’t recommend takeout from here unless you are within walking distance - the parking lot is already small, but when USU recently bought the building to make it student housing they took over several parking spots. You might get lucky, but more than likely you’ll either be circling for a while waiting for a spot to open OR you’ll need to park a ways away (the restaurant does claim to validate parking in Aggie Terrace) and walk - leading to cold food when you finally pick it up. You could plan accordingly, but that sort of defeats the purpose of the convenience of takeout. A dedicated pickup or curbside space would be helpful.
I still go here periodically and will consider becoming a semi-regular again and updating my review accordingly if consistency improves and I start spending more days working on campus.

The prices are a little high, though the quality helps you forget about that. The atmosphere is great, and so is the location. Right off of the USU campus is super convenient. The only downside is the cleanliness could be a lot better. The kitchen looks pretty clean, it's the dining areas that need to be cleaned far more often.

I wish I could do 0 stars. Morty’s is going down hill very fast. I got a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and there was a bunch of big fatty pieces. There’s never hand sanitizer in the dispensers. The employees seem to be working so hard and fast that I would guess they are understaffed.
