Morty's Cafe: Logan

I eat here every Friday for lunch. It’s a ritual for me. Their fries are always perfect and their burgers are amazing. You can never go wrong with the Iconic. I like the sunny side. The Hawaiian burger is amazing. I also really like the seasonal burgers. So why didn’t I give them 5 stars? The place isn’t the cleanest. It’s pretty grimy honestly. A couple of times I’ve been, when the employees change the garbage they set the trash can lid on top of the counter just to your right when you walk in. Kinda gross, but hey their food is amazing and I just don’t sit in that spot. And the other reason they fall short of 5 stars is that the wait can be extremely long if they are busy. But, I love Mortys and definitely think you should try it if you haven’t.

I’ve eaten at Morty’s a lot so I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on their food

Their fries are the best in the Cache Valley. There is no competition. They are perfectly crispy and use a chunky type of salt that makes them delicious. If you come to Logan at the very least visit here and try their fries.

The burgers on the other hand are just fine. They’re truly nothing special, they taste like a burger you’ve had a thousand times at a sit down restaurant, which isn’t bad. What’s bad is the price. For $8-$10 it really doesn’t taste like it’s worth that price point to me.

Nevertheless, Morty’s is still a must visit for the Logan area, their fries are truly something special.

Solid Burgers with great fries. I have to say that the Iconic Burger was the better of the two that we ordered. The tasted less greasy and the balance of the pickles, tomato and lettuce had the burger balanced just right. I had the Philly Cheesesteak w/out peppers (allergic) and it all blended together. I think the use of something like blue cheese or a jalapeno aioli would be a nice touch to give it some depth. The fries (both type) were the stars here. They both were perfectly cooked and had great flavor.

I'd go again, just would opt for a different burger than the Philly.

I absolutely enjoyed this masterpiece very much. I'm very full and still have a bit more to go... definitely my late night snack! Keep up the good work guys! I'll be trying out your cafe next!

Incredibly tasty burger, great variety of drink options, but - oh - these fries! These are the ones whom my taste buds love! And if you look closely, there's proof of that in the heart-shaped grease spot! ❤

This is a great place for sandwiches, burgers and fries, both traditional fries and sweet potato fries! It looks like limited seating, but don’t be fooled- there is outdoor patio seating, indoor, and upstairs seating. We sat upstairs and loved the breeze and the view!

Delicious! I got a strawberry salad and onion rings. It was really great! Larger than it looked so I couldn't completely finish but it was very filling and fresh ingredients! Loved every bite!

I wanted one of their grilled sandwiches and the lady taking the orders was so nice and explained the 4 grilled sandwiches, so I ordered one and went to sit on their lovely deck! They promptly brought it out and to my surprise, there was no chicken in it. I went back downstairs and told them my sandwich was missing chicken, then I realized the sandwich I ordered didn't come with chicken, so off I went to eat it. Within a minute, the manager brought me a great slicked seasoned fresh cooked chicken breast! Wow, what service!

Morty's is one of my favorite places. I took my brother and sister-in-law here and they LOVED it. My sil said it was the best burger she has ever had.

Best burgers I’ve ever had! They were amazing. Great flavor. The fried were crispy and fresh. 1000% best food truck I have been to ever! Probably the best food I’ve had!
