Einstein Bros. Bagels

Look, I like your food. But I swear... I have the same order every time. Lox on a toasted green chile bagel, no red onions. 9/10 times, onions still find a way onto my sandwich. What gives guys? Everything else is right, but the onions seem to be super difficult to leave off. Like they're magnetic to salmon.

Tried Einstein for the 1st time in a very long time about 1 month ago. The Nova Lox meal is to die for. Trying to visit once a month. Thank you it was fantástic !

Einstein Bagels is my most favorite bagel. I'm sure New York purists would argue with me, but I like the softer, chewier bagel Einstein offers. They have a great selection and the prices are affordable for the quality.

Dirty, unfriendly, unorganized. The food at this location is not the same that you would get at any other Einstein bagels. Everything seems to be dried up and servings are extremely chintzy.

Because my son wasn't wearing a mask and kindly left when they asked him to, his wife placed and picked up their order by herself.(mask on)

The manager and/or employees had filled their sandwiches with salt to the point they were unedible. I guess to teach them a lesson(?)

Seriously? Are you in the first grade still? Cowardly and pathetic. Won't spend another penny here!

Bald man that works here is kind of shady. I came in to use a hooked discount that let’s you get a buy one get one. He applied the coupon but right before he swiped my card he removed the coupon and said nothing about it until I confronted him about it. He refunded me afterwards. I’m a regular customer here and ashamed in his business ethics. Won’t be coming back.

This is a great place. May options but many good workers who are welcoming and kind.

3 employees, one says "so and so will be right with you." That employee, who was behind the counter in plain sight, never bothered to even look at me. I only needed a coffee refill. Stood there for 8 minutes unassisted while he tinkered with a machine. Finally just left and now I'll be late for class. Thanks dude. I will be going to Ibis only from now on.

Bagels are great! Staff is better!! Especially this cute kid named Ken with. 😁😁😁 hehehbeebe. Love that they hire (and keep) kids with special needs!! Kudos to an awesome company!
