Einstein Bros. Bagels

The eggles are gross. I bought 3 and regret it. They are supposed to basically be egg and meat baked into bagel form.. aside from the 2 tiny flecks of bacon in this thing all you get is the burn of garlic and onion. The texture would be doable if the flavor wasn't so off and just plain not good. They are a good price but not worth it at all. And over $5 for 3 little cups of cream cheese? Not worth it. Over all I think I wasted time and money.

The brisket jalapeño breakfast sandwich is to die for. Always perfectly made and fulfilling. Kind staff, fast service, freaking good food!

We've always loved Einstein's! My kids are hooked. My teenage son especially loves their pretzel bagel!

Horrible experience. Ordered 4 bagels on the app and chose the curbside pickup option. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching multiple people get there order who arrived after us, we had to flag a worker down. She told us they didn’t have a single one of our bagels. Then when asked how we could get our money back, she gave us a number that told us we have to email in the details to get a refund. Very disappointed and we will not be ordering from Einstein again.

Love this place, always come here for breakfast when I am in Logan. Delicious bagels, super fresh. Love the coffee too.

Phone # doesn't connect. Drove down to Einstein, and still had to download app to order. The app required us to sign up for the rewards program before we could even place an order. Not optimal.

Can't order inside, even though you can pick up orders inside, and people just hang out inside waiting for orders anyway.. So not sure why people can't order physically at the location and take it to-go (like Jamba Juice next door), with social distancing practice in place.

I know we're all trying to do our best, but Einstein's process is a little bit of hassle in comparison to other businesses.

I love bagels and lox and theirs is so yummy! Generous amounts of lox, thick slice of tomato, it's better than when I make it at home. I also enjoyed my chai latte immensely. The chocolate croissant I shared was also tasty, although really too big for a pan chocolat.

The staff is friendly, the facility is clean (including the ladies' room), and the furniture is reasonably comfortable. I tend to prefer booths, but the open dining space allowed us to notice that friends had come in.

Bagels are good, but their soda machine hasn't been cleaned in years. Even the water tastes bad. Very slow at getting checked out with having to change between 3 different cash registers for every guest. Overall score for cleanliness is a C-

It was my first time having one if their sandwiches an i loved it! Friendly workers, didn't wait long. It'll be nice to be able to eat in the lobby again
