Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Went through the drive through today and got myself a delicious iced coffee. The person who was working the window gave me a flower, and I just wanted to say thank you. It’s been one of the hardest months of my life and little acts or kindness can go so far. Honestly made my day. You guys are amazing. Might have been for Mother’s Day. Still appreciate it💗

its a coffee shop...i guess i should have expected that the food at a coffee shop wouldn't impress me... and it didn't...i didn't eat but my buddy that was with me did... he ordered a burrito and when he got it i was glad i didn't waste my time with the food... it looked like one of those frozen burritos you get at the grocery store... so that's why i have it 4 stars... if it's just coffee then I'd say 5 stars FOR SURE... the coffee was excellent!!! very good coffee...
oh yeah, my bro said the burrito was good... anywho... sticking with the 4 stars...

This is honestly such a waste of money and I'm so disappointed. We ordered 2 coffees, a burrito and a croissant. The coffee tastes like dirty water with no flavor, and almost $7 for a burrito that's freaking tiny!? Ridiculous. The croissant was stale and tasted as if it was microwaved from the night before. My coffee was only filled half way as well.

That’s the best coffee, Derek is the best person in the world, but yesterday 09/01/2022 the lady in the front(blonde hair,between 18 or 23 years old) was so rude, it’s not the first time. She looks like she don’t want to work or something like that, poor service for her. Sucks.

The coffee is solid, I go there regularly. Yesterday, for the first time, I splurged with their breakfast burrito. This is where things took a turn for the worst.

Initially it was just diarrhea, nothing I hadn’t seen before. Diarrhea then turned into vomiting which is when I knew I was food poisoned.

I’ve spent the last 24 hours either sitting on the toilet, or with my head over the toilet, sometimes both at the same time.

TLDR; coffee is good, food is suspect

I had received a BOGO reward for Valentine’s Day, to add context to this I had recently had my bag with wallet stolen. I figured I would use the app to order the drinks, since I know my card information. The app did not let me apply the coupon so I call into the store in hopes they would be willing to help because the coupon did not say it was in store only. I was rushed off of the phone without them attempting to fix the problem or provide an explanation as to why the coupon didn’t work. I even offered to just pay the amount for the two drinks and show the coupon upon picking up the order. This location has been on a steady decline with their customer service and doesn’t not represent Beans & Brews like the Hill Field Layton and Ogden Locations do.

I honestly feel bad writing this review. I used to love this BnB location but almost every single time I go there now my coffee is bland with a slight sour taste like the milk they are using is getting ready to expire. I always get an iced latte with caramel but I don't ever get any caramel flavor in my coffee at all. The staff are super nice and friendly though!

wow, what an awesome drive-thru team!! they are always friendly and super quick, even in the busiest morning hours. I always leave here smiling from the kind words of these hardworking baristas. for those who prefer light cream: the wonderful crew at this B&B always have me covered and get mine just right! the marshmallow and cookie dough syrups are unique and super tasty, and the cold brew in particular is always perfect! would recommend to everyone!!

The coffee and food was great. The Sunday morning staff didn't seem to be very friendly and welcoming. I've been to a Beans & Brews in Orem/Provo area and it was a completely different experience staff was friendly and talkative and made sure we were happy customers.

I love there hot Mr b. But the last 4 or so have not been good at all, not sure what they did to change it, but they taste burnt. I'm disappointed. This has been my only coffee place for years and I am to the point I'm done. I ask them to make it sweet and it still taste dark and burnt
