Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

my piece of bread for avacado toast is so small. .. overpriced. Just this location because ive had the avacado toast at other B & B and have been much happier. Bread also had a weird chemical taste to it.

I love Beans and Brews but this is the worst location I have ever been to. I have been here 5 times in the morning on my way to work and they have gotten my order wrong 4 out of 5 times. Seriously the morning crew either needs to be fired or they need some serious training. I'm not ordering anything weird either, it's normal stuff from your menu that any of your employees should know how to make. I keep thinking it's just a fluke and go back because I love Beans and Brews but then I'm always disappointed.

Coffee was good but took longer than expected for just ordering coffee.

Everytime I go to this bean and brew at the drive thru they get my order wrong and they don't do it right never fill it so I have a full drink and I can never hear them when I order my drinks and the employees there r always so moody and not nice to me or my wife time for new management or employees.

One of us stops in almost everyday to this location for coffee. We love the staff and the coffee. This morning as I was trying to juggle work and everything else in my life I managed to spill my coffee all over counter (imagine my embarrassment). I immediately apologize profusely and started cleaning up. The staff was amazing and insisted that I let them make me another drink. It was such a sweet gesture and made my day so much better. Thank you.

I'm giving this review 3 stars due to the fact I'm not getting my money's worth buying a bigger drink. If I bought a larger size I would have to pay for it, so why when I pay for it do I get whip cream instead of more drink? Those few extra ounces would cost me to upgrade, so when I upgrade I should get what I paid for. The gentlemen at the window was really nice this morning and the girl that took my order, so all the stars are for them.

Warning…. Food IS NOT served all day.

This was my first time trying Beans & Brews. After combing over the food portion of the menu I walked up to place my order. AS I placed my food and drink order, I was told that food isn’t available. The associate explained that the ovens are turned off at 5…so no food available.

FYI…The sign above the food menu says, “served with a smile all day.” Well…. No smile and no…it is not served all day.

The drinks are mediocre and the staff is rude. It could be the entitlement attitude expecting a tip for nothing and not getting it was the reason for the attitude but not sure. If I had a job a I hated as much as they seem to I wouldn't go to it.

I only go here to get my coffee. They make the best coffee I've ever had and the staff is always so nice. Make sure to tip them well! They work super hard and deserve it.

Everyone there was very polite, they helped me pick a drink and my drink and food was made fast. The prices aren't unreasonable either.😊I will definitely be back. The caramel Iced Cielo is amazing.
