In town for a couple of days and tried this place on the first night on a whim (and the insistence of my kids, who were not with me, that I occasionally avoid beef...). Bottom line is the food was great and the service was better. I returned here the following 2 nights, for a total of 3, just to be certain I would have a great experience while in town. I had both the pizza (twice) and the burger and have no regrets. Never tried a vegetarian burger, and not sure I could tell the difference. If I hadn't known, I wouldn't have known.... As good as the food was, and I was skeptical, the service was the difference maker for me. Fast, attentive, and friendly service. Taylor was my server 2 nights and Sky 1 night. Both great. Taylor could teach the world a thing or two about how to manage a table and the people passing through her world as tourists. This place has little chance to attract regulars given Kanab is a tourist destination, but I felt like a regular on night one and a local old friend by night 3. That's not easy to do unless you are wired for that. That's Taylor.

All I can say is WOW - if I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I am traveling with a vegan and she was blown away about all the alterations/accommodations that can be made to pretty much every menu item. As someone who is not vegan, I also enjoyed and was impressed with the vegan options we split. We shared the Hot Mess (we asked for spicy and they delivered) and the Dual at Diablo (Impossible Burger patty). We ended our meal with the vegan cheesecake and it hit the spot. Our server was so sweet and patient since we were one of the last diners. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a thoughtful and accommodating staff as well as delicious menu with great dietary alternatives.

Great waitress! I had the hot mess pizza, my wife had the peekaboo pear, both were decent. I wish the pizza’s were a little more crispy as mine was kinda floppy. For all the good looking toppings it seemed like it was missing some flavor. We had the cheesecake for dessert which was pretty tasty! They let us have our dog in the outdoor seating area which was pretty nice in the winter with all the heaters. Good beer selection.

Very good pizza. We ordered the mushroom pizza and it was excellent. The thyme was a nice touch. The latkes were superb.

We ended up eating at Peekaboo Canyon after a long day's hike in Zion and after the three other restaurants that we wanted to try turned out to be closed. And we are thankful to the fate for leading us there. We came again the day after, after our hike in Bryce Canyon, which is not that close to Kanab.
Our waiter on the first night was Ryan, and on the second we were welcomed by Gina. Both of them gave us sense of belonging, and make us feel not like guests, but more like a family, a part of the story that is unfolding there. While this feeling wasn't so uncommon in Europe and Canada where we lived before, this is the first restaurant in the US where we have experienced it. And by that criteria - our favorite restaurant in the US.
Food we tried was also work of art, something you can experience there and there only. Despite being a Neapolitan pizza zealot, I enjoyed the creativity of Angel's Landing, Peekaboo pear and Mushroom Madness pizzas. I would have preferred a different dough, but that thin crispy unleavened one also worked with well-balanced toppings. And I agree with reviewers who are enamored with Hell Dive, it was so addictive we could have eaten the heated plate it was served on.
However, the top spots in their menu are reserved for the cakes. Carrot cake, vegan one, has put our all time favorite (which we ate in a small town near Zakopane, Poland), to a distant second place. When my wife saw my reaction to their lime meringue cake, she was so concerned that I will try to propose the lady who made it, that she asked for the recipe. We tried two other cakes and they were all not just a work of art, but the truly - the work of magic, an enchantment of taste and textures, a unique treat in the country that cannot brag about its deserts, other than those made with paralyzing amount of sugar.
This felt like the Europe's best in the heart of American Wild West desert. A culinary and hospitality pilgrimage everyone should make when visiting The Mighty Five. Even if you're not a vegetarian.

We had a beautiful experience here. Rainy and cold outside, but very warm in their enclosed patio. Beer selection was great, service too! Food was excellent with many options! We were surprised to find this nice place in such a little town. 10/10

Love that there are so many vegan options. But the pizza I ordered was just okay. I added mushrooms on the order and then ate it with hot sauce and avocado which made it yummier. Yall should add oregano and more of the balsamic glaze on top for more flavor. It was the one with artichoke and spinach and balsamic. Can't remember the name. Price is okay for the size. I ate it for 3 days. Vegan CARROT CAKE WAS AMAZING THOUGH!

First, everything is delicious - the hot mess pizza and garlic parm bombs are divine. Second, the selection of drinks and cocktails complements the food perfectly. And third, I love being able to walk into a restaurant and know I can eat everything on the menu. Can't wait to come back!

Gina was our waitress and absolutely awesome. She went above and beyond to make the experience a step above, including offering to keep our takeout under the heat lamps until we finished our drinks. All over a fantastic place to stop in Kanab!
Side note to management: whoever is on music duty needs a raise. Fantastic selection of jams.

The best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. And gluten free aside, the toppings were fresh and delicious. The staff were kind and the service was excellent. The perfect meal after a day of hiking.
