Peekaboo Canyon Wood Fired Kitchen

The food was absolutely amazing! And vegetarian/vegan friendly. Honestly during 5 days on the road through the Grand Circle this was the only place that made me go wow. The goat cheese and pear grilled cheese was to die for.

Very delicious burgers! Amazing service! And prices are affordable. Special thanks to Taylor for helping us with the food choice. Especially it’s a perfect place for vegans/vegetarians 🙌

Cozy and convenient spot in the heart of Kanab.

We tried this spot out after 12 hours of driving from Boise, so we were hungry, tired, and ready to relax - we were not disappointed!

Connected to a string of Airbnb rooms, this spot was within walking distance. It has both indoor and outdoor seating, which are both covered. We had our pup with us and the weather was nice, so we were seated outside with a fresh bowl of water for our dog.

It had great live music, a menu full of pizza and yummy appetizers, and excellent cocktails.

- Artichoke dip (yum!!)

- Mushroom madness

Everything was so delicious! Definitely recommend the Peekaboo Pear pizza. We also got the Caesar salad and the portions were huge! Gina was our server and she was wonderful 😊

This place is heaven after spending weeks in Arizona and surrounding where there was nothing good to eat this pizzeria is just amazing!! We always find it very hard to find good products with good taste here (we are from Europe) so this pizza was a blessing after a long hiking day. Also for me as vegetarian I’m happy to see there is finally a place with so many vega options. Thank you guys!

The food was great... very fresh ingredients and nice fresh salad. There are plenty of good choices for pizzas, lots of good sides.
After eating mediocre food all around Bryce and Zyon for over a week, finding this place was pure luck.
About a 10 minute wait to get in as they didn't jam the place and weren't rushing you out. So don't complain if you like good service and don't want to be packed in like sardines.
Maybe we got lucky with great food and service, but it was really a nice meal.
We topped off the meal with 2 slices of rich chocolate cake to go. I tipped Taylor 25% and we spent $95. This may be a hair high if you are expecting dominoes pizza process and food, but we were 100% satisfied and polished off our Mac and cheese and our pizza plus 2 salads.
Do yourself a favor... eat here.

First time here. Wanted to give this cute place a try. Didn't realize everything was vegan. Had my heart set on a burger. Decided to go for it anyways after the waiter said you'll be surprised how much it tastes like meat. If I wasn't happy, he'd get me something else.
First bite -- I was sold!!
It was so juicy, just like a beef burger. I was genuinely blown away.
I cleared my plate. Totally satisfied and I'll for sure be back on my next trip into Kanab!!

Often while traveling (especially in more remote areas) it can be hard to find good, fresh, nourishing meals that are plant based. My long-time friend from Washington state spent a few days with us in Kanab during her month long road trip. When she arrived, she needed some greens in her life and Peekaboo Canyon Wood Fired Kitchen was just the ticket! We enjoyed some drinks while we waited for our table and then were seated as requested outside. Without intruding and without being asked, Parthy lowered the shade umbrella so we were completely comfortable (it was a very hot day). Luke was our server, he was thoroughly attentive and knowledgeable. He listened to our dietary needs and made some great suggestions. However, I have a feeling that whatever he suggested would have been fabulous no matter what - the menu makes that easy! We shared the pot stickers and each had a salad. My friend had the house salad with tofu and I had the Southwest Salad. The VEGAN chipotle ranch?? Um... phenomenal. Were have you been all my life??????? The portions were generous, I mean that salad was the gift that kept on giving! Our drinks stayed full and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. THANK YOU PARTHY, LUKE & PEEKABOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Love this place! On a rest break from hiking Zion and Bryce we decided to stop in for a stroll around the town of Kanab for lunch. The Pizza and Salad lunch special was top tier with some of the nicest restaurants we have ever dined at. The staff was friendly and food was crisp, fresh and delicious! Thanks!
