Awesome customer service very friendly and attentive
The sandwich was awesome made quickly and was perfect

Love subway, never eaten there until I've been to this one. Usually good sandwiches, but staff here is really incompetent and likes to free ball it.
But sometimes you get a really good epmloyee(River, James, Jeff, America, Maddie, or Tony) and your sandwich is perfect.
very clean and quick to assist. Their employees work hard, but won't do anything unless made aware.
Sooooooooooo busy almost the time. I am surprised when sometimes I go in, and they have 7 people working because there is close to fifty people in the store. I am surprised they are able to keep up. But if you want a genuine sandwich, made with confidence and perfection, trying going in when it's slow. If you go in when they are busy, you might get a bad sandwich.

This location has some of the worst customer service, my wife asked if the wrap would qualify for the sub of the day and the gentleman behind the counter very rudely commented to us that it's the sub of the day not wrap of the day. When my son asked for a water cup he snapped at him and told him to wait a minute. As we were sitting In the restaurant trying to enjoy our meal the same gentleman yell at a couple of ladies because they accidentally took the 2 bags of sandwiches without noticing he out both sandwiches in one bag... with employees like that I wont be back.

Oh my goodness I just got a BLT from Brayden!! He was so nice and happy to be there! It made my day, not only did it make me feel like I mattered, but that being at subway was a great experience and job! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Brayden!!

AMaZING SERVICE! The person working the driveway had a radio voice, so smooth it felt like the perfect relaxing visit was assured when he asked "And what majestic vegtables can I get you today" It was highly entertaining. Great prices I think $11 for one footlong ham and 6" turkey with Pepperoni. It's way affordable, the sign reads " Fat Free Lettuce is Back" it seems the employees have a sense of humor and hospitality and the food was an amazing healthy treat :)

The Restaurant is Clean and the Staff is Polite and Very Helpful with Customers, in choosing their Sandwiches, Toppings.. and Condiments. There's a Variety of Bread, Meat and Vegetables, and the Sandwich rolls can be Toasted which adds to the flavor. Visit the Subway Restaurant in Ephraim. You'll find yourself going back again and again.

The people are really nice and are usually pretty quick but they seriously CANNOT get an order right to save their life. 80% of the time they get our order wrong but at least they do it with a smile on their face I guess...

The quality has improved no longer get smashed sandwiches. Never takes too long to get food. Had to update my poor review as I feel it is no longer relevant.
