The staff was super rude and short with everyone didn't seem like they wanted to be there at all and they were rude to each customer. It also didn't help what they were out of half their choices

I went to subway today in Ephraim Utah waited exactly 53 min (I counted) saw 2 other cars leave because the wait was so long, I saw 3 people come, eat and leave before anything, I told the teller, no response, I finally left.. happens a lot to me there

The drive thru took 30 minutes. I was in a hurry but there were people behind me so I could not back out. When I arrived there were only two people in front of me. So I did not expect it to take very long.

Got my food pretty fast and the guy that took my order had excellent customer service, over all one of the better subway visits I've had.

Very quick service and loved the food. It was made to perfection just the way I like it. Turkey on rosemary parmessan bread. Love the flavors and of course toasted. I also add some pepperoni for flavor.

Yeah. I'd give zero stars if I could. Just sat in the drive-thru FOR-EV-ER! After 40 minutes of being stuck between other cars, we finally got up to where you order your food...where the girl promptly let me know that they had customers inside and I would have to wait. What? Needless to say, I pulled through without ordering. Now I'm sitting in their parking lot writing this review while the car that was behind me waits to have their order taken. It's now been 50 minutes. The annoying part is that when we showed up, there were 3 cars in the drive-thru and NOBODY inside. Time to re-engineer your service plan, Subway. Won't be back.

We found the staff to be courteous and friendly. Sadly they were out of turkey (3 PM), but the chicken, bacon ranch was excellentđź‘Ť.

Worst customer service. We got 2 sliders and 1 foot long, and it took them over an hour to get them to us. They sat on the counter for a very long time after they came out of the toaster, while the employee (who had taken our order) was simply talking to a friend that came in behind us. The store was not busy, what was suppose to be a quick 5 minute stop, turned into an hour. Won’t be coming back to this location any time soon.

waited at the drive thru for five minutes without anyone saying anything to us. after the five minuets we said “hello is anyone there..” as we were unsure it was even open.. an employee on the other end barked at us that he is busy with a 7 sandwich order and that we needed to wait. to be clear, we were more than happy to wait - it should be common practice to say hello to your customers when they enter the drive thru. if you have a larger order in the works it should also be common practice to let your customers know that you will be with them after you have finished the current order being worked on. customer service is dead! and it’s so frustrating. train your employees - we were simply looking for a meal, not to be yelled at for being in the drive thru when it was inconvenient for whomever was taking the orders inside.

The reason I gave a 3 star was mainly because the food was good. Normally we don't have problem with this subway but during dinner rush we went through the drive thru and they told us "we will be with you in just a minute we are busy inside" we waited patiently for 40 minutes then my husband went inside to see if he could order. So I waited in the drive thru and while my husband was inside he called me they started to take his order. I drove out of the drive thru, parked in the parking lot and went inside with our kids. As we were ordering we told them one of the sandwiches was ham, the lady put turkey on it. We asked her to fix it. She told us she would then moved on to the kids sandwiches. We had to tell her to fix it again, thankfully she did. I apologized that I was upset and told her we were sitting in the drive thru for 40 mins. I turned to my husband and told him that there was 2 vehicles behind me when I left. After I mentioned that to my husband a lady then started to take people's orders outside. While she did she pushed our sandwiches out of the way on the counter that our lady was working on just so she could work on the drive thru guys wrap. When we cashed out we looked at the tables so we could sit, every single able was dirty. We left to eat at home. On the way home my husband told me that when he first walked in there was a worker walking around the tables not doing anything. There was another worker at the window not doing anything. And another leaning up against the counter watching. There was FIVE WORKERS and not a single one cared. The two times we brought up that we were outside waiting at the speaker in the drive thru. They only said "I'm sorry about that".
I have no idea if they were new college student workers but that shouldn't be an excuse.
Me and my husband usually don't have problems going to restaurants and we understand certain mistakes, everyone is human. But every person that walked into subway was taken care of while the drive thru was abandoned. I wasn't able to find a managers number or the owners to talk to them about what happened so I figured this was the best way I know to reach out to them maybe.
