We used to come here a lot and were impressed with service but last few times, we have been disappointed. My husband and I order two egg sandwiches. My husbands was ice cold. I took it up to complain and the lady working just grabbed it off the sandwich, and threw it in the microwave. She seemed very annoyed. When it finished, she just threw it on the sandwich. She didn't fix anything and didn't even close the sandwich. I felt the egg and it was still cold. I informed her and she said that she can't do anything else about it, that there was other customers waiting. Well I am a customer and I will not be coming back.

Very good service. Attentive staff. Very accommodating . I have a wheat allergy so I always get a chopped salad. You get to choose what and how you build it.
And there's basketball tournaments in town this week so they were jam packed just before I walked in. And another rush just as I got my order. They were short staffed for the lunch rush and more than ready for the dinner rush this evening. And more than happy to help everyone. So be patient with the staff this week with the tournament. This is my favorite Subway and we'll worth stopping in to get a great meal.

Customer service was horrible. Whoever was taking our order was not paying attention at all and got frustrated and rude when we clarified what we ordered. We got to the window and she still didn’t get it right, and shook our bag of chips in our face when we asked if she heard us add them. Didn’t offer a receipt and shut the window. Not impressed.

Definitely not the best service I've ever gotten. It seemed like all the workers were pretty new and didn't exactly know what they were doing. The food turned out great though, so I can't complain too much.

The guy that was working on March 9th around 8:30 p.m deserves a raise! Great customer service probably the best customer service I've received at a fast food restaurant. He also made a excellent sandwich!

The place was clean, they were helpful, and put together a wonderful treat to delight me. And what most pleased me is when I was told about their specials of the day. All too often a server will say nothing, and then you will lose out on some very good offers.

Sadly I can’t rate 0 stars.
I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes while the girl working talked to the people in front. She waited until exactly 11:00 to finish her conversation and then tell me THEYRE CLOSED. I’ve never been so mad in my life. It was 11:01 when I pulled up to order and she wouldn’t take it even though I waited over 30 minutes. A big F U
