El Bambi Cafe

This was my first time at the El Bambi Cafe, I was served by Rachell, who was a very pleasant waitress. She gave wonderful recommendations about the items on the menu. Everything tasted like it was made from scratch, nothing was frozen or made previously. I highly recommend if you're passing through Beaver UT to stop at the El Bambi Cafe.

Best breakfast I've ever had in my life. Period. Order anything on the menu. You'll be happy. Super fluffy eggs. Homemade pies. Worth your time.

This place is amazing. Down home country restaurant. Friendly staff. They remember you. It's nice to walk in somewhere and they know exactly who ya are or who your family is. If you don't stop here your missing out!

We were on our way home from a long road trip, and camped at the Beaver, UT KOA. On our way out of town, we grabbed breakfast to go, and what a great surprise. The food was a fantastic, and the service was great. The waiter recommended the peaches and cream pie - yes for breakfast, and boy am I glad we indulged. In addition to our omelets, we also had this incredible piece of pie, and I'm now on the hunt to try and recreate. I would definitely give them two thumbs up. The décor isn't that big of deal to me. It was clean, just more of an old diner look - nothing fancy.

The service was good the food was average. Typical Small Town restaurant / diner. I probably won't eat there again but I think it is more a local environment and everyone sees their friends there.

The only place to stop on I-15.
Felt like going back in time for a happy moment. Sweetest waiter ever. I had a wonderful breakfast ( hours 6am to 2 pm). Bought 4 of the El Bambi shirts!
Plenty of parking. Everything is close...dollar store, truckstop (Fuel showers)

It's been 16 years since I've been here, still amazing service and amazing food! Definitely a must stop when driving through.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way to Zion and we’re so glad we did. The food was delicious and our waitress was pleasant and attentive. Totally worth skipping the big name chain restaurants around it.

Nice little home town restaurant. Service was great and very friendly. They acted like they had known us for years. I'll make it a point to stop in the next time I go through Beaver.
