We have stopped here while traveling a few times now. The food is great, the staff is amazing. They treated our boys so good and made them feel special. We were just here going up north for Christmas and a lady that was there paid for our meal before she left!

Excellent service! Pretty standard breakfast food, but good and hot. Cinnamon roll was homemade and tasty.

Old style breakfast place feeling, Jodi our server was phenomenal and friendly. She had good recommendations for me. Food was good portion size and tasty.

First time on a 10hr roadtrip. Came here coming down from SLC, definitely loved this diner! Customer service and food were fantastic, pancakes were delicious and so were their eggs benadict.
Our server was super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for some great breakfast food and good oldies feeling (diner is old fashioned) and a calm stop before heading out to your remainder of your day :)

My favorite place for breakfast. Just a really nice little home town coffee shop.
They serve real potatoes and locally grown beef

That might have been the best mushroom swiss burger I've ever had! Friendly service with home cooked food makes me happy :)

Our waitress, Michelle, was very friendly and kept our coffee and water filled. The food is absolutely delicious - fresh farm eggs, thick bacon, and homemade pancakes/French toast. I usually hate eating out for breakfast because most places serve mediocre, bland food, but El Bambi's good is full of flavor. Great spot to try!

Better than any food I ordered was once they forgot to bring out my toast, and so I asked for it and waiter though I wasn't asking for toast the food, but a toast to drink to. So he went "oh a toast? Okay!" and raised an imaginary glass to the air. It was 2nd funniest thing to ever happen to me at a restaurant.

Ok food, decent portions & prices. The biscuits and gravy has Bacon gravy, and it was mediocre at best. Also the strawberry shortcake that had good reviews was just not that good. But I did really love their cottage fries

Watch out Blue Plate Diner and Ruth's Diner, El Bambi Cafe has raised the bar on quality home-cooked food! This is a true, family-owned diner!
From previous reviews, I noticed that the cafe was only open from 6 am to 2 pm. We were surprised to find the place open on a Friday evening! Apparently they are open Thur and Fri from 6 pm to 9 pm as well.
The atmosphere is pleasant, it is definitely a local's hangout since the waitress knew everyone but our family by first name. She talked up the food like it was a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience...she was not far off, this place is incredible! My wife had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and I had my first taste ever of Monte Cristo. Wow!!! Writing this review, I can still taste the melted cheese and fruity dipping jam! And yes, the water in Beaver is the best I have tasted, I would have paid for it.
All in all, we loved it and we will make it a tradition to stop by anytime we are in the area.
